Banana Republics have no database to speak of. Imagine a dangerous criminal can escape from prison and find employment easily without anyone raising any red flags. We must digitize everything in Kenya including registrations of businesses and applications of documents. Anyone reaching 18 years qualifies to vote and the system should automatically register such. Such a system would be impossible not to spot outsiders like this Ethiopian dude.

Getting Kenya documents is very hard when you are a Kenyan but very easy when you are a foreigner with a lot of money this is not a secret
