The Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet against Newsclick, a well-known news portal, and its founder Prabir Purkayastha, alleging their involvement in various crimes such as terror funding and promoting Chinese propaganda. The chargesheet, which consists of approximately 8,000 pages along with annexures, also establishes a connection between Mr. Purkayastha and the farmers' protests as well as the 2020 Delhi riots.
