I also run the Stop Tech stainless steel lines on my Yaris and they are definitely short, but I've been running them for about 3 years now, both daily and autocross, with no issues.
I do want to comment about setting ride height on the coilovers. The ride height should be set by adjusting the spring perch, not the lower perch. I have a video on my channel that goes into properly adjusting BC coilovers (Megan coilovers are also very similar) on my 08 Yaris. Adjusting the lower perch affects the amount of travel your damper has before it bottoms out and hits the bump stop at full compression (and if the tire will contact the inner fender). You can test it out by removing the spring from the coilover assembly and jacking up the upright assembly throughout the full range of motion with the wheel mounted. Once you set the damper height, then you can set ride height with the spring perch. You may find the spring is a little short on full droop, so a helper spring might be needed to keep everything together.
Enjoying the progress on the Yaris so far and would like to see some track footage of the car!

Did the coil overs improve the ride?? I have a stock Yaris want to get lowering springs or coilovers because of the body roll as well as it blows around in the wind like a damn flag 🤣🤣🤣

Should've shown the finished look. I wanted to see how low it was since I'm trying to do mine as well.
