@@chrislj2890 Agreed🍻 From an aesthetic pov it wouldn't be my first choice, but I am actually planning to purchase one after hearing it at length in a friend's set-up. It's hugely dynamic but minus that slightly uptight quality Class-D can sometimes have.
Good morning 🌅, what a great review, if only I could afford it, I have all ways been a NAD follower, from the early years, a few years ago I was going to convert my attic , into a music room, 7+ mt x 12+ mt , 5+ mt vaultedRoof , but sadly I have now lost over 200-thousands, legal battle with my ex over five years, plus now I have storm damage, now legal battle with my insurance company, I have now just about run out on money, I still have my transmission line they speak cabinets, and NAD hi-fi equipment, I enjoy my music, As this is what keeps me going, It is like most things nowadays way out of reach of normal people that enjoy their music , it doesn’t matter whether it is cars motorbikes property, unless you are multimillionaire, you have no chance, and then when you make the money, somebody comes along and ruins your business, as this is what happens to me,
@@braxtkj That is also planned. My procedure for this room may not help that much because it was part of the acoustic simulations during the design, but I plan to cover steps that anyone can do in their room.
@@TASmagazine Thanks i have von schweikert vr1 that i can pull out into the room also have allison ic 10 from the 80's you put on the wall but i love how you have your speakers out from the front wall but not 8 or 9 feet. i have access to a 20x21x12 peak ceiling
Put the price in the description so I don't waste my time on overpriced gear. I wouldn't pay $21K for anything unless I could live in it or I could drive it to work.
@@jonathanmoore8886 Yeah, I think that view came from the 101 speakers being demanding. But other capable amps work with the 101 and the electronics work with lots of speakers. You have to attend to whether the MBL voicing works with your speakers and room, but of course that is true with all electronics.
I’ll put the Putseys Eigantakt Purifi Class D modules against most if not all Class A-AB-Hybrid and Tubes! Distortion free with no sonic signature, Class D has come a long way away! Bonus, no heat, quiet and does not weigh 90lbs.
A friend runs this MBL amp with Vivid Kaya 45 speakers and it's a killer-sounding combo🎶
We have the Kayas on deck for review in January.
Would love to have the space and time to listen to an MBL system, and maybe chose some of them (speaker+amp)… in the least shiny version.
I'm sure it's a big hit with rappers with gold teeth and thirty pounds of gold chains around their neck, lol. But the remote is pretty cool.
It comes in black/silver too, if you want to be boring.
@@billarmstrong5568
Actually I think the black/gold looks better than the black/silver. That white & gold just looks too Liberace to me.

I'm more old school and into tubes now, and that's a bit too techie for me. But good luck to you!

I like the music he mentioned!
I’m surprised, that’s uncommon!
Tom: Good review. I too love this remote.
Beautiful room... how big is it?
also can you teach us how you setup placement for speakers... thanks!

he mentioned the price after 1 minute from the start of the video.. even if you don't have a minute to waste . why don't you google it then ?!.
It’s the Absolute sound so why would you think it was going to cheap?
I always thought MBL was something you bought in a set, like speakers with electronics instead of buying separately. Either way good review

Please tell me about the brand name of your audio racks.
They look very interesting!
Thanks.
Won't power 20.7s 😮
MBL was never on my mind to buy it is to fancy big to much bling bling 😢
If you pay more they take the bling bling away for you, I‘m sure. Well, actually there are different bling level versions available already.
enclouser is very ugly for price
This is the “Trump” amp. Gah
Is it really asking too much for Saint-Saens to be pronounced correctly? The final s IS pronounced!
