Hello from North Carolina!! We have bottle fed babies too!! Yours are precious!! It is a blessing to have them, to be able to help raise them- our mama lost one udder to an infection, so she shared and let us help take care. It is hard to send them to new homes. They are such lovely critters!! Very loving& tombs of personality!! 6/17/23
I do love to care for the lambs as they are so sweet but it’s definitely better when the ewe can rear them but we are ready in case that isn’t possible xx
Hi. From South Africa. Kwa Zulu Natal. Bottle feeding a little Dorper ram lamb, Harry. Now 1 week old. The cutest little guy ever. Premature lamb. Doing well. Feeding every 2 hours. Yes gets very exhausting. But well worth it. Loving every moment. Well done to you.
Hi Joanna, that’s the sort of job for me, as liked being up up early, 03:00 this morning for work, so instead of work, go and feed the lambs for you, Jack 👍
Once stanley is use to the bottle you can feed the 3 lambs a once by putting a bottle between your knees and 2 in your hands lol, love the passion yous have for the animals
Your farm is very sweet like the way you take care of the lambs Your kitty reminds me of my little Lucy that past Thankyou for sharing your farm life with us wannabe farmers
Hello, yes it’s the best feeling to give them love and a chance at life when they seem to weak and pathetic and then develop into fantastic little personalities
Hi Athar those lambs are so loved by me. I really believe in giving them as much time and love as I can becuase they deserve it. It is very sad if they don’t survive
I love your dedication :-) I am pleased I am not the only one who does lots of feeds per day. I also reduce gradually from 8 weeks but don't stop milk fully until about 20 weeks.
Ek hou baie van jou en die boerdery. Ek sal baie bly wees as jy my antwoord. Ek dink ons het baie in gemeen. Ek is n bouer van beroep. Ek het wel n klein plaas waar ek boer met skaap. Omstandighede by ons verskil baie van julle. Ek hoop nie jy verstaan dit verkeerd nie niks sleg bedoel nie. Ek het besluit om in my Huis taal te skryf sodat dit jou aandag trek om my terug te antwoord.(This is written in the Afrikaans language)
