U can cut out noses or carrots or leaves whatever u want from scrape linoleum it works really well make sure u glue it well so it doesnt curl I love ur site it is right up my alley, thank u Tracy for sharing~ u are teaching an ole dog new tricks I have painted for years and taught forever and am inspired by u... so thank u, u have given me so many new ideas...My husband brings me home all the beautiful primed trim pieces that he has left over from his jobs and asks me to DO something with them ......!

Girl if I shared some of my first painting projects - you'd be shocked because they were all over the place. 🤣 I was determined though to learn so kept practicing and eventually it got a little easier. You can do it too. 😘

I know most of us won’t have the poinsettias available for the ears but should be easy to create similar with ribbon or fabric and light gage wire.

Walmart (online) has a pretty decent selection of blank wood cutouts too. They have something for every season and need. They even have the blank paint-by-line doorhangers.

I made a bunny too. I didn’t find the ears you had, mine had a fabric on the back I didn’t like. I turned them around cut off the headband glued them down and glued down a piece of foam board over them on the back. I love love love these like the spoons.
