I may have missed an update, but Cents rework was designed to make him different from the new Warmonger at the time, but was intentionally not as powerful as her so she'd sell. Far as I'm aware they never re-balanced Cent once Warmom became a power baseline for the new meta.

Playstation has a talk to text thing built into the controller. They should do like Apex and make a long press on the touch pad open the keyboard
