Another amazing RLE Cam! THQ had amazing logos and I agree with you that it is a shame that they're gone. The Parallelogram logos were definitely my favorites and it was interesting to look at all the logos from said company. Really good choice for episode 60 by the way, I will definitely be looking forward to that. Once again, amazing RLE Cam! You're amazing! :D
Great RLE as always Cam. THQ's logos began off rather simple, to excellent animation, then ended off rather simple! I remember THQ a lot from my childhood. Also, next video. ;-)
By this far, I loved this episode, it's one of my favorite ones now, what I love the most is at the begining when you talked about the company's history, because you explained it like it was a real history but with graphics, still, THQ will never be forgotten, And nice episode like always!
THQ was the first video game company that made a series of really bad games for the NES including “Peter Pan and the Pirates”, “Where’s Waldo”, “Home Alone”, “Home Alone 2” and “Wayne’s World”, except the last three are later ported to the SNES and the other 2 “Home Alone” games are on the Sega Genesis and Game Boy.
Lemme tell you a little story When I was young, I used to be scared of the 5th logo because of the sudden appearance of the red line. Whenever I saw this logo when a game is loading, I would run behind the couch, now I’m a teenager and not scared of this anymore. It’s still a cool (yet scary) logo in my opinion.
I love the 8th logo... The thing I hate about it is that the previous logo still shows up on releases with the 8th logo being on the box (mainly the third parallelogram for some reason). Also, Nordic games published some re-releases of THQ games back in 2013 before the THQ rebrand with them.
Great episode as always! It's such a shame that THQ is gone still. :( At least THQNordic is still here. And I have one request: Can you do Activision for episode 61? It has so many variants and it will take too long to finish this.
THQ was awesome. WWE games like SmackDown 1: Know Your Role, SmackDown 2: Shut Your Mouth, and the SmackDown Vs RAW Series are Complete Gold. Upsetting that it went Chapter 11 bankrupt.
WWE Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain I love the game as well as the Smackdown vs. Raw series my favorite is Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 so far Too bad THQ went bankrupt and defunct in 2013 but lucky that THQNordic is here and is the most best modern video game company today.
I remember seeing the First Parallelogram logo on Scooby-Doo; Night of 100 Frights, and the Second version on Cars Mater-National (I think). And my opinions on THQ is that THQ is still THQ, even though the one we all know and love is dead, and The name was held dearly ever since by Nordic. (THQNordic). Also, THQ had a special logo in Spongebob Squarepants, Battle for Bikini Bottom where the logo formed by bubbles underwater with some Jellyfish. (I'm pretty sure it was THQ that used that one.) Overall, Both Tr3x's evolutions and your evolutions are both brilliant!
I have no idea when I was 9 years old, I first played Spongebob SquarePants: SuperSponge on PS1 and it was complicated and the level I try was level failure. 7 years later back in 2007, I am a sucker, playing and rocked it at the video game version of the TV movie Spongebob SquarePants: Atlantis SquarePantis on PS2. I'll never forget the 2000s where I suck at Spongebob SquarePants: SuperSponge and I rocked it at Spongebob SquarePants: Atlantis SquarePantis.

I know what you're on about. I ignored those versions, because they weren't described on the main CLG Wiki. They were on a separate page. Plus, there are quite a handful of special THQ logos like the Spongebob One, but I think it would make the video a bit boring.
I love playing THQ’s Nickelodeon video games. It is sad that they died a slow death, but hey, at least THQ Nordic is a thing nowadays and will remake & re-release those games, right? Also, this is also founded by the same person, Jack Friedman, who also founded LJN and Jakks Pacific.
THQ released a lot of licensed video games Disney Princess Britney Spears Nickelodeon (Spongebob Squarepants, everGirl, Avatar the Last Airbender, etc) Barbie Bratz American Girl (the first 3 games) Monster High
I miss THQ they made the best WWE games until 2K swipe it and ruined it. My favorite WWE game is WWE Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain on PS2 especially WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2005 and 2006. *sigh* I miss my Inuyasha caw....
THQ Nordic doesn't work like a failed THQ. However, SEGA works again like a failed SEGA. THQ Nordic knows why it failed, but Sega does not know. This is why I like THQ Nordic, hate SEGA.

Silent but violent.

When I was young I DIDNT CARE
Edwin Perez That’s not very nice.
Logo 6 scared me more than the 5th logo.
Why I wasn't scared of this logo what do you mean????
Flowie48 I’m not scared of the 5th logo anymore either.
cool.
plus, for my opinion, their toys they made before the video game business, were so cool.

Remember when Cam did an LE on Sega?
No I Didn't See It Because I Was Looking At Intro History
When a video game logo finally gets a logo review. The backstory of it is pretty interesting

To be brutally honest, I've never ever heard of THQ over the past 14 years of my life, but great RLE!
I agree. It was a great RLE!
they primarily did Nickelodeon, Pixar and Sonic games, i know it because of Sonic.

@@vandyckaldo Yeah I remember seeing the THQ 2011 print logo on Spongebob Surf and Skate Roadtrip for the Nintendo DS.
Me too.
Can You Do A LE On The Nintendo Console Startups?
Oh yeah, Nintendo is the best
Cam, firstly I liked your video and secondly can you do the Four Star RLE pls for 60th episode?
For years, I have always wondered what THQ meant, also the company's last logo reminds me of the German film production company, Tobis.
There Was A Logo You Forgot Called The Spongebob Movie THQ Logo.

CCG88, for the intro that you have now, what music did you use?
Hey, Cam, will you cut out “You’ll get your turn Activision” since it didn’t get a turn?

That's from a Saints Row game, I think either the first or second
Fun fact up was the last Pixar thq game
Yes i think
I called the 2011 logo The Red Q or Drawing Red Q. Not only that, you missed the Spongebob variant.
