Tutorial #7: Echo Burst & Masked Flash Effects [Premiere Pro CC]

Pretend I didn't forget that I had a whole editing/text style established for my tutorials because this one doesn't match lol. It's not as pretty but made it quickly okay. Anyway. It's been YEARS since I've made one of these. I was working on my current WIP which involves some really fancy stuff (seriously, I'm so proud of it and can't wait to share) and when I got to these clips, I thought... this is cool, I should make a little tutorial. So I did. :) Here's how I made a masked flash effect (flash that effects background and not selected foreground) as well as a halo-y echo burst effect. Hope this is helpful for you!! Now I'm back off to Premiere to keep working on my actual edit haha.
