I know this is a random thought but I've noticed how different preparing food is to here in the US. Here most of us will only rinse vegetables and such for literally a second. But I've noticed how you very thoroughly scrub and prepare them. its very fascinating to me😭 maybe I should try doing that lol

You should try middle eastern food I think you will especially like Shakshouka which is lots of fresh tomatoes cooked down with eggs but with other things like onions some people also chopped peppers and finished with fresh parsley. I make mine with green onions instead of normal onions tastes ten times better and half tsp of tomato puree to add colour to the fresh tomatoes

maybe it really depends on the location you're in. sometimes vegetables come in slightly clean, and sometimes vegetables come in muddy dirty lol
