As someone who is not a fan of Guardians of the Galaxy, I wish that the Tower of Terror would go back to the Twilight Zone theme. I got into the original show thanks to that ride.
7:15 Every time somebody mentions the cable attached to the vehicle they describe it as “weightlessness,” however this isn’t true. As a avid horror fan and haunt worker, this is actually my favorite ride despite never having the guts to ride it because I hate drop rides. If they close it, I’m gonna riot though. By far one of the best original stories.
I went to Disney when I was 11 and I was dying to ride this. Both of my parents refused but patiently waited in the queue with me an went my on the ride with another family 😂. I still think it's the best.
The Tower of Terror tv movie is pretty good and still holds up. I think it's a testament to the storytelling in Disney parks that the backstory of a thrill ride could work as a whole movie.
King Poseidon This one is but many that were developed at this time weren’t and were largely impeccable regardless. IPs are fine as long as they are popular with people (not just the box office) suitable for a ride and fit in with the theming of the area - but Iger doesn’t consider these things.
@@keithwellerlounge74 not to mention its not just a "look look its olaf! Its rocket! The story is unimportant/uninteresting/literally just the movie!" At least it was a creative interesting story that felt suspenseful. I know Disney is for kids, but kids are smarter than they're given credit for.
Ok so my comment on the previous vid was about how cool the tower in Orlando blended in with The morocco pavilion at world showcase using forced perspective made the two otherwise drastically different buildings look like they’re part of the same skyline
They should never re-theme this attraction. I do agree that, with the new CBS Twilight Zone, they should do an episode about the "Tower of Terror", and maybe update the ride to include some tie-ins with that, but that's as far as it should be taken. While Guardians: Mission Breakout! is phenomenal, the original ToT shouldn't be messed with.
gissneric I agree it’s a lot more thrilling, but I also don’t like that about the new ride😅My friends and I used to go on the Tower of Terror a whole bunch of times. When we went on the Guardians of the Galaxy version, we could only go on it once before feeling sick! I totally get what you mean tho
I remember going on this as a kid (with the lap bar, not the seatbelt) and being too young to know what the Twilight Zone was other then hearing the name before, it did such a wonderful job portraying the fear of the unknown and letting your imagination take it from there. As a little kid, I was terrified and still get creeped out thinking about the ride today, something I can't say about pretty much anything anymore. To the fat woman who sat next to me and my sister causing the safety bar to be far, far away from my tiny legs, I salute you for instilling in me true, "holy crap I'm in actual trouble here" fear for twenty seconds.
Yep, as a scrawny little kid years ago, I was 100% convinced I was going to slip out and fly into the air and die. Incredibly scary. Honestly as an adult I still don't quite understand how it was safe and no one ever got hurt. It was interesting to learn in this video that they replaced the bars with actual seatbelts, so maybe it wasn't completely safe?
I've never been on The Tower of Terror but when I heard the ride was being replaced by the Guardians of the Galaxy. I was worried that I would never get my chance to ride The Tower of Terror. Luckily for me this change was only for California. So someday this year I need to go and finally ride The Tower of Terror.
When the Otis elevator company got the request for this prior to them explaining that it was for a theme park ride and not an actual elevator shaft, I imagine they were very confused to say the least. "They want an elevator that does what?!" 😂
The ride vehicles are always very impressive. Honestly one of my favorite rides at Disney World. So cool to see such an in depth look at how it works and what almost came to be.
Piece of trivia ... before entering the 5th dimension corridor there was supposed to be an effect (cut for time and budget) where the car seemed to be flipping onto its back. So traveling through the corridor you're supposed to be looking UP at the sky, which opens up and swallows you. If you look to the sides, you'll notice all the lamps and signs are indeed hanging sideways to match this cancelled effect.
Can't imagine they'll pull the sponsorship just before the new tv show. You can't buy publicity like that !!! Well, YOU can't, but Disney probably can. Anyway, if they would develop the story line a little more, it could be more specific about why it all is happening. They could put it at the end, just like an episode of... The Twilight Zone.
I love this channel, and somehow it's only getting better. So thorough, with awesome varied retro footage of promotional/inside out stuff. I'm learning so much, and I thought I already knew a lot about this attraction. Thank you.
I went on a "Backstage Tour" of the Tower of Terror last fall when I was a cast member, this is a very well researched video! I learned a little bit more than this video, but that's some backstage Disney magic I won't spoil. ;) I will say that the themed cast training room is super cool! And, in the break room you can hear the elevators moving!
I remember going on this ride in 2007 and my Mom would literally hold us down when we were dropping. My mom still talks about that memory to this very day.
I was at Anacon today vending and decided to take Harbour down to Katella to get the 55 instead of the 5 because traffic... buuuuut I was passing Disney... and the tower looks so sad now. Tower of Terror was one of my favourite rides because Twilight Zone was one of my favourite shows. This video was iconic, it turned my sad moment into a f@#&%*!k yeah!!!! moment. Thank you for always being epic!!
1. disney could have made a spaceballs attraction that would have been legendary 2.the twilight zone is one of the greatest and most iconic shows of all time, the twilight zone tower of terror is one of the greatest and most iconic disney rides of all time. also thank disney for inlcuding rod serling it makes me happy that that incredible mangot the representation he deserves
I remember the first time I (tried to) go on the ride, I got freaked out by the pre-show and had to leave through the regular elevator. Now it's one of my favorite rides. I do miss the excitement of only the seat in the back row middle having the seat belt and being considered the jump seat, instead of all of the seats having the seat belts.
When the Tower of terror opend in DLRP, I was introduced to The Twilight zone. (I heard about it when episodes on tv mentioned it, paid homage to the original series etc) And I was hooked. I loved it how that tv series could be so creepy yet no 'horror' or 'gore' and be that simple (I don't know how to describe it) Guardians of the galaxy is fun but I hate to see the twilight zone leave and that there are no references. Thanks for the video and the info.
My first time on the ToT was in Paris in October 2019, days after the "New Dimension Of Thrills". I was there with my sister who loves this ride, but with the new ride profiles (we ended up getting The Shaft Creatures) meant it was new to her too. It frightened the bejaysus out of me. I had seen ride through videos before (and even Half Life 2 mods that recreate the ride), plus my dad and sisters recounting of the experience of the Florida version, so I knew the ride vehicle moves back before going up to the hallway scene. Not anymore! you go back and are instantly flung up and down before the hallway scene, then again before the 5th Dimension scene. But now it's 100% in the dark until you get the tiny slivers of light in the main shaft. For the ride scenes we saw, only the little girl was visible in the hallway, warning us not to scream or "they" might find us. Interestingly enough, although the Twilight Zone is said to be "the Fifth Dimension" throughout the show, the French name is "le Quartieme Dimension", literally meaning the 4th Dimension.
I miss this ride in DCA but I’m so glad the best, original version is still in WDW! This is my favorite tv show of all time so I hope it never leaves 😍
The theming of the queue mixed with the creepy twilight zone storyline makes this one of the best rides at WDW for me. I like the guardians layover at Disneyland but nothing beats the original.
I rode the California Adventure Tower of Terror with no spoilers beforehand. My dad wouldn't let me go alone (I was a full-grown adult at the time!) but he was the only one in my family who was willing to go on it with me. I know I would have been fine anyway, but I'm glad he went with me-- it was terrifying and it was fun to see my dad as terrified as I was
Interesting part about the elevators being "remote control cars" because that might be how/why my dad and I got stuck at the end of the Tower of Terror in 2015! It may have gone off the track and had to be reset. The ride went on as normal and we moved a few feet forward to the exit at the end, but then it stopped. The Rod Sterling voice at the end repeated what it said a few times until they turned the lights on and the music off and we sat there for 15 minutes. We were offered another ride but had to go on another elevator to go on! It
I got the memory maker and rode this ride about a week ago, and wow the video they include for riding this ride on your visit is amazing and well worth the price, you get to see yourself across the fifth dimension and also watch a clip of the elevator nearing the top, this video and the seven dwarfs one are totally worth it!!!
One of my FAVORITE rides....I think they should keep it as is, the theme is GREAT, always enjoy looking at the different items in the lobby. They could change the drops to keep it fresh but the theme can stay the same.
Maybe for a 5th version of the ride, they pull a Falcon’s Fury and have the ride vehicle tilt forwards while in the drop shaft, heck maybe even holding you upside down.
This was great! One thing I wished you talked about, the music. It's so creepy yet nostalgic and creates the perfect feeling while you're waiting to get on the ride. Who decided on the music and how did they create it? Were they influenced by "The Shining"? Two other things: -I had no idea some of the antiques were real. That's really cool. -Disney REALLY loved Gilbert Godfried in the 90s.
This is my favorite Disney attraction in Hollywood studios. One time, we entered the attraction, not thinking anything bad was going to happen. Of course, typical crowd. What made this certain ride unique? Well, it was because... while in the pre-show, whenever it said “The Twilight Zone,” some park guest said, “THE DEATH STAR!” Of course we had a good laugh. But then the unthinkable happened. We get on the elevator. We go to the first show scene. When we reach the one part, right when the lights pull to the opposite sides... poof! We disappeared into the literal Twilight Zone. Nothing but darkness. For a straight 20 minutes. Of course, after the darkness, came... very little light. The E-lights came on. We waited at LEAST 15 minutes. Then they announce, “Are you guys ready to drop?” OF COURSE! And these drops were very special! They lasted twice as long as the random ones! Once off the ride, we were taken backstage to ride again. This time, we entered a different elevator. One not normally used... by park guests. Of course, someone in the elevator asked, “Is it going to drop to?” We did another laugh. This next ride took us the same amount of time, and we took it. And guess what? That Frozen Fireworks show was going on! It looked so cool, riding Tower of Terror, WITH FIREWORKS!!! That was in 2014. I was born in 2004, and I’m now 15. I’m a huge Disney Nerd. Best memory of this ride. I love this attraction and all the other extinct attractions! Thanks for taking the time to read my comment!
This is my favorite Disney ride, It's a must ride everytime I go. When I went last December, the bell hop asked for 3 passengers, so my mom, sis and I were went up to the front. He saw my sis was in a wheelchair, and he broke character for a second and asked me if she could transfer. I said yes and when she got up, he moved the wheelchair aside and went back into his creepy bellhop persona, it was great
Loving the content you put out! Super insightful. Tower of Terror has long been one of my favorite rides at the park and I've enjoyed seeing the evolution of it. My eyes lit up when you mentioned a restaurant possibility associated with the ride. There's so much potential if only they can create the space for it!
I remember riding it as a kid with the lap bar. That was soooo scary. I was not willing to ride it again til i was in my mid20s cause i was soo freaked out. It is now one of my favorite rides!
In 1995, the concept has one medium drop first, then one small drop, then it shot to the top, it dropped about a foot down (In 1994, it inched down), then the doors started closing and it dropped all the way down.
My first time riding this ride was in Paris this year, it was so scary, but soooo good! From the theming to the preshow to the thrilling experience, it quickly became one of my favorite rides I’ve probably ever ridden.
When I went on this ride in 2006, I _screamed_ when it dropped! Nowadays, it's one of the only drop towers I can handle. For some reason, Dr. Doom over at Universal wasn't as bad to 10 year old me, probably because it shot you up and gently fell instead.
You're taking a vacation from normality. The setting: a weird motel where the bed is stained with mystery. And there's also some mystery floating in the pool. Your key card may not open the exercise room because someone smeared mystery on the lock. But it will open....... the Scary Door.
For years The Tower Of Terror was my only exposure to the Twilight Zone. I rode it once when I was 11 and loved the theming but the actual ride was way too much for me lol. (The theming was so effectively eerie I almost threw up in line lmao) Recently started watching the show and while I think the tower is kind of a bad representation of the show (the actual show isn’t horror focused outside of a few admittedly terrifying episodes, it’s more broadly just weird/trippy/supernatural circumstances as a vehicle for social commentary) I’ve fallen in love with the show and as a Californian I hope we someday get the twilight zone theming back
I have ridden this ride my entire life and I am obsessed with it. It’s so good and the lap bar was a wild time. My mom would put her leg over mine to keep me in my seat. The seat belts were a great addition but a nostalgic part of me misses the lap bar, even though I was always terrified as a child😅
Oh, great! Glad to see you covering The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror....
I rode this as a young teen with the lap bar. It was my first “grown up” ride. It introduced my love of drop rides. I can’t handle coasters because of motion sickness from the turns, but drops, don’t trigger it. Any theme park now, the only big rides I’ll do is whatever the parks drop ride is ❤
Around 2008 I was part of the final group to ride the ToT before it was closed due to bad weather for that day. Upon exiting the gift shop, I turned to actually see lightening strike the top of the building, along with a huge cracking sound. How interesting it would be, I thought, if lightening were to strike while people were riding it, as depicted in the ride's pre-show, causing the "elevator" to drop, thus creating actual ghosts in the building! Of course this would require the guests on the ride to exit this realm of existence, but whatever, there's too many people in this world anyway.
May they never retheme it because this ride is absolutely flawless. It really is such an amazing immerse experience that once you walk through those doors you are truly in the Hotel. If they do retheme, I could see it be based on Alien.
Love your channel, I have a suggestion I know I would like to see. Growing up in the Midwest I spent my childhood going to “paramounts” kings island. It’s now owned by cedar fairs, and feels like a totally different park. It would be cool to see a video on the demise of the paramount ownership of several theme parks. Otherwise keep doing what your doing, I love em!
I watched the og vid a few minutes after it came out, went to sleep, woke up just now staring hard at my phone's notification of the video I watched with the same title stating it just came out "an hour ago." I thought I either dreamt watching the video or just slept an hour. Thanks for the mind scramble as soon as I woke up. 😂
Thanks for mentioning the movie at the end - it’s a real shame that a lot of people don’t actually even know about it, but then again it was made quite a while ago in the early days of Disney Channel.
I use to live in a building that was once an old victorian mansion that had a really old lift with a grate door and it terrified me every time i used it because of the tower of terror. Just before I moved out the light broke in it so it would be pitch black inside which only made me worry that it was going to drop even more lol
You'd never catch me on this ride, not because I am squeamish about watching scary movies mind, but because I hate the "stomach in mouth" feeling sudden vertical drops give you. Still, I was really sad when the California version of the Tower of Terror closed and was re-themed to Guardians of the Galaxy. That is one of my least favorite Marvel properties because of the aggressive shipping between Star Lord and Gamora in the movies, not to mention the fact that the enormity of their situation is NEVER taken seriously (Damn you Starlord! Your mix tape isn't even that good.)
I am a huge fan of the Twilight Zone. I had to wait 23 years to ride this just this past December. It's a great ride. The staff at WDW told me they weren't going any where and the ride would continue. I hope they keep the Twilight Zone theming.
Great video! Also, that info about the lap bars explained why my one (pretty thin) friend on my 1999 class trip thought she was going to fly out of her seat. She probably was!
I've know this ride for almost 14 years and even I didn't know Joe Dante directed the Pre Show scenes I didn't even know behind the scenes footage existed of it without black and white filtering
I'm okay with a retheme that stays in the ToT/Twilight Zone universe but if they do in Florida what they did in California... I'll be calling for a boycott of Hollywood Studios.
Finally got to ride both the Tower of Terror at HS and Mission:Breakout at DCA. I definitely liked the darkshow aspect of Tower of Terror, but found the drop shaft portion to be quite a bit shorter than Mission: Breakout. The whole theming of Mission: Breakout just made it stand out way more for me that Tower of Terror. My hope though is with the new show coming out, that Disney will invest in updating the dark show portions
Erratum: The episode title was "It's a Good Life", not just "a Good Life" Also, Joe Dante, directed a segment of the infamous 1986 film "Twilight Zone The Movie"
Noooooooooooo I love love love the attention to detail in the landscape, architecture, and lobby... like, I didn't know that I wanted a veranda and loved architecture as a whole. Omg the pond in the front with the beautiful tiles and art deco accent lights are to DIE FOR! Also, the movie deserves a little bit more attention because it is messed up for what it is, coming from Disney, so it gives me the giggles super hard. And the cast! But seriously..... the interior/exterior design and execution is *to die for* lol The ride deserves an update of love; upgrading effects.... I mean, it has had to carry that park, along with rock'n roller coaster, for sooooooooo many years because of how 'meh' that park was (I haven't been since star wars land was added, so idk if it helped any). So with that being said, that is why I believe that it shouldn't be rebranded with a new IP. Hell, great time to use the marvel license, buy more thrill rides, slap hero logos on them, and connect it to whatever 'studio' land is called at the moment and $$$ 🤷♀️ more thrills, more IP whoring, and the pre-teens/teens of the family vacation will stop complaining about how boring that park is, just saying 😂🎉❤
I only rode it one time as The Tower of Terror in California when I was 5 years old. It scared me so bad I never rode it again. Then is was re-themed to Guardians of the Galaxy and I rode it again, I enjoyed it more this time but it was still scary. I hope I get the chance to go to Disney world and ride the Tower or Terror there.
I'm a fan of the old TV show and love how Rod Serling is integrated into this ride. Disney pays a pretty hefty amount in licensing to CBS so I'm sure it's inevitable that Rod Serling and the Twilight Zone references will be removed in the future. When this happens, it's going to hurt my appreciation for the ride and, at that point, they might as well do a major overhaul because the Twilight Zone music, themes, and Rod Serling really bring that ride to life, for me.
No Disney doesn't pay a hefty fee to CBS, that is a lie and a myth. The Twilight Zone references will never be removed from the attraction. I'll also inform you that it will be brought back to DCA after Disney loses Marvel. Besides, if I ran Disney and I will be running it in the future, I wouldn't pay CBS and keep the Twilight Zone references up and running behind their backs.
@@stanfordite So, Rod Serling created the Twilight Zone and Mr. Serling was never employed by The Walt Disney Company. The Twilight Zone continues to be an intellectual property of the CBS Corporation and has always been owned by Rod Serling and CBS. And you are telling me that Disney uses and exploits this property without compensation to Cayuga and/or CBS?!? Are you, by chance, interested in purchasing the Brooklyn Bridge?

I love this ride! The first time I went on it it was so exciting! Adding the random drops was also a great idea. I love spooky stuff so whatever they do with it I hope it stays themed horror or gothic. Also, I hate that every ride is now based on a movie. I liked a lot of the old ones without a movie tie in.
I remember when I went on the one at Disneyland when it was still Tower of Terror when I was little, the ghost that was gesturing “come here” freaked me out

I've ridden both U.S. Towers of Terror, and both were a huge let down... I'm booked to go to Disneyland Paris very soon, and I can't wait to be "let down" again by their Tower! The Florida Tower is my go-to since I live in Alabama. If they re-theme that Tower, I will seriously cry angry tears. It's one of my all-time favorite rides. Based on my favorite show. Disney needs to realize when to just let a great ride remain and do its thing.

Fantastic idea!
I love this channel, and somehow it's only getting better. So thorough, with awesome varied retro footage of promotional/inside out stuff. I'm learning so much, and I thought I already knew a lot about this attraction. Thank you.
I've only been to Disney once and rode ToT back in its lap bar days. I floated off the seat every time the car dropped. I loved it.
I did the same tour 😀
My FAVORITE ride ever. From any park. If they retheme I will cry. This ride is perfection, and timeless, just as it is.
4:47 did any one else notice Mrs. Potts!??.......Or is it just me?
I did.
1. disney could have made a spaceballs attraction that would have been legendary 2.the twilight zone is one of the greatest and most iconic shows of all time, the twilight zone tower of terror is one of the greatest and most iconic disney rides of all time. also thank disney for inlcuding rod serling it makes me happy that that incredible mangot the representation he deserves
literally my favorite theme park ride of all time!
i wish they had restaurant, with a book standing in top AND THAT BOOK WOULD BE TO SERVE MAN,at least a club 33 style thing
"To Serve Man" is my favorite episode of The Twilight Zone. I would love that.
(I heard about it when episodes on tv mentioned it, paid homage to the original series etc)
And I was hooked.
I loved it how that tv series could be so creepy yet no 'horror' or 'gore' and be that simple (I don't know how to describe it)
Guardians of the galaxy is fun but I hate to see the twilight zone leave and that there are no references.
Thanks for the video and the info.
@brimar24 Yippie... ONE reference :(
My first time on the ToT was in Paris in October 2019, days after the "New Dimension Of Thrills".
This is my favorite ride in all of Disney World. My family and I ride this attraction several times during our week vacation every two years we go.
I remember when a kid in my class who went to Disney World came back and showed us all the photo of him on the ride, his expression was priceless
Two other things:
-I had no idea some of the antiques were real.
I want to go in your brain so I can witness such a wonderful memory
This is my favorite Disney ride, It's a must ride everytime I go. When I went last December, the bell hop asked for 3 passengers, so my mom, sis and I were went up to the front. He saw my sis was in a wheelchair, and he broke character for a second and asked me if she could transfer. I said yes and when she got up, he moved the wheelchair aside and went back into his creepy bellhop persona, it was great
It's a good thing The Orlando Versions Stays Forever
I’m so glad you mentioned the movie, it was one of my favorites as a child, even though it scared me
Loving the content you put out! Super insightful. Tower of Terror has long been one of my favorite rides at the park and I've enjoyed seeing the evolution of it. My eyes lit up when you mentioned a restaurant possibility associated with the ride. There's so much potential if only they can create the space for it!
Absolutely love this. The whole theme of the hotel and ride is amazing. It is definitely one of my favourite rides
I learned so much about my favorite ride. This video is beautifully done! I cannot wait to share my knew knowledge with my Disney addict family
You're taking a vacation from normality. The setting: a weird motel where the bed is stained with mystery. And there's also some mystery floating in the pool. Your key card may not open the exercise room because someone smeared mystery on the lock. But it will open....... the Scary Door.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of this
why did i read that in rod serlings voice
“And there’s also some mystery floating in the pool”
Alright, who let that toddler back in the pool? Everyone knows he isn’t potty trained.
For years The Tower Of Terror was my only exposure to the Twilight Zone. I rode it once when I was 11 and loved the theming but the actual ride was way too much for me lol. (The theming was so effectively eerie I almost threw up in line lmao) Recently started watching the show and while I think the tower is kind of a bad representation of the show (the actual show isn’t horror focused outside of a few admittedly terrifying episodes, it’s more broadly just weird/trippy/supernatural circumstances as a vehicle for social commentary) I’ve fallen in love with the show and as a Californian I hope we someday get the twilight zone theming back
This is my favorite ride at Disney! Loved this man
I have ridden this ride my entire life and I am obsessed with it.
I love it when I find Some Jerk with a Camera references on other videos.
deal with it lmaooooo
Okay thats it. I have to subscribe. Every tower of terror video ive seen leaves out the movie. You sir, are a gem!
Seriously one of the best rides at Disney, it's a forceful drop tower with super immersive theming
I wanna see those hand prints! I love that imagineers care about wonder and mystery, not just shock value. Why u so good at this?
Got to ride both. Appreciated the Orlando version better
May they never retheme it because this ride is absolutely flawless. It really is such an amazing immerse experience that once you walk through those doors you are truly in the Hotel.
If they do retheme, I could see it be based on Alien.
Because of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, I’m terrified of freight elevators, now.
16:28-16:39 Well, if you weren’t in The Twilight Zone before, you certainly are now.
R.I.P. Gilbert Gottfried
clairedreems you have now entered the fifth dimension into the twilight zone
Thanks for mentioning the movie at the end - it’s a real shame that a lot of people don’t actually even know about it, but then again it was made quite a while ago in the early days of Disney Channel.
Thank you for Dropping back in
😀
@@ExpeditionThemePark Thank you for Dropping me a like
I use to live in a building that was once an old victorian mansion that had a really old lift with a grate door and it terrified me every time i used it because of the tower of terror.
I Love the Twilight Zone. Years ago I went on this ride, and I never will again 😆 This ride scared me more than all other rides I ever been on.
I've know this ride for almost 14 years and even I didn't know Joe Dante directed the Pre Show scenes
I didn't even know behind the scenes footage existed of it without black and white filtering
I'm okay with a retheme that stays in the ToT/Twilight Zone universe but if they do in Florida what they did in California... I'll be calling for a boycott of Hollywood Studios.
They probably won’t, in fact they can’t, the tower is also part of the Morocco pavilion skyline, changing it would ruin the skyline
Erratum: The episode title was "It's a Good Life", not just "a Good Life"
Also, Joe Dante, directed a segment of the infamous 1986 film "Twilight Zone The Movie"
You do an outstanding job with these videos! Thank you for your efforts they are truly great,
Noooooooooooo I love love love the attention to detail in the landscape, architecture, and lobby... like, I didn't know that I wanted a veranda and loved architecture as a whole. Omg the pond in the front with the beautiful tiles and art deco accent lights are to DIE FOR!
Also, the movie deserves a little bit more attention because it is messed up for what it is, coming from Disney, so it gives me the giggles super hard. And the cast!
But seriously..... the interior/exterior design and execution is *to die for* lol
The ride deserves an update of love; upgrading effects....
Disney will have to rip The Twilight Zone Hollywood Tower hotel out of my cold dead hands before I let it go anywhere.
Nice job on this video man I really love this ride and really appreciate this man
Thanks Joey
@@ExpeditionThemePark no problem I love that show the twilght zone
@@forsman959 "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, the people will come to believe it's the truth" - Joseph Goebbels, Reich Minister of Propaganda and Enlightenment and Hitler's most loyal follower. After I take over Disney, I'll be bringing it back to California even without CBS' knowledge. What's CBS gonna do? Sue me?
stanfordite Uhhm... yeah, that’s exactly what they’ll do, kid. But don’t worry, you’ll never run a company, so that’s none of your concern. Just remember not to quote Nazis while taking people’s drive-thru orders.
@@xviper2k They can try to sue me but I will win, one word: corruption. Also I already do own a company, run it like the military, treat my employees as if I were their general, and have destroyed other companies via hostile takeovers. I will be taking over Disney and causing the stock to plummet so much that I can seize a controlling interest making myself not the CEO, but the owner and führer. That's right, führer.
I remember when I went on the one at Disneyland when it was still Tower of Terror when I was little, the ghost that was gesturing “come here” freaked me out
Yeah Buddy! A new video and a great one, I haven’t been on tower of terror but hopefully I can go on it when I go to Disney at the end of March. Keep up the great work!
lost count of how many times i’ve been on the florida ride, it’s my dad’s favourite disney ride and it’s up there with my favourites too!
I love this ride but I absolutely hate going on it!
My Fave ride at Disney followed by the Original Test Track! Can't wait to see the new Gaurdians of the Galaxy coaster and Tron coaster. Last time I went they were still building Everest.
Greatest ride in the world. Have ridden at least 100 times.
Brilliant ! My favourite video you have done !
