I need to invest in that cookbook boo!!! *tip* Instead of using my paper towel I just take a bigger spoon and tilt the pan a little to scoop up the extra oils it gives and put it in a bowl until it cools then dump it in the garbage. I hope this helps I go through paper towels quickly so I find ways to not “waste” them.
