Allah Blessed you Ya Sheik and your family. I learned a lot of Islamic Lecture on your channel. May Allah reward us in Donya until Day of Judgement. Ameen.
MaashaALLAH to you.. I hope that this series will be of benefit, and that it will increase our and your love for this Divine Book! May ALLAH bless you with sincerity and to guide you to what is best..!
There is a lot that I could learn from this wonderful series! Subhanallah. I would really like to request you to have a series of Tafseer like this on “Stories of Quran” if possible. It would be great! Jazakallah Khair
One of the main themes of the Qur'an is stand and speak for justice. Allah (sbt) commands us to speak against the zallim, and for the mazlum. My father is a sociopath (zallim, kazaab, and munafiq) who has devastated my life to the point where I have serious health problems, limited capital, and no way to make a living. I am still un-married at 32. And, now, may never be able to get married. Those of you who were blessed with kind parents who facilitated you into careers, and families fo your own, including Yasir Qadhi need to step outside of what you know. And, understand the dynamics of a Sociopath and Narccistic family, of Firon and his Malaik . It would have been better for me to be born an orphan, then to be born in the house of Pharoah. I am calling on the Mominin to stand with me for justice. I am asking Yasir Qadi to actually act on the Qur'an, and use his voice to get me justice. Help me to get justice through the American legal system, or the Global Muslim Community. I am building a whole channel of content in which I make both small, and comprehensive videos about the things my father, and my paternal family has done to my mother before me, and to me. And, the impact that has had on my life circumstances, my health, and the course of my life going forward. I call all of the Faithful to stand with me. I am not begging. This is my right to demand. May Allah (sbt) give towfique to Yasir Qadi to actually use his platform to help a descendent of Saiyidna Muhammad (sws) against whom injustice has been committed. Remember how Saiyidna Muhammad (sws) helped the Yemeni Tajir. Remember how Abu Bakr (ra) treated the Ahle-ul-Bayt.
Could you please share the name of person whose translation you read out to us. I love it so much that I really want to buy that edition of the Al Quran so that Allah may help me understand the meaning of His words better. I recite the transliteration and I read the translation of Abdullah Yusuf Ali. But the translation is written in old fashioned English. So it’s more difficult to understand. Thank you. May Allah multiple all your reward for sharing your knowledge and enlightening us with the best of knowledge.
Asalaamu alaikum has sheikh am your UA-cam channel follower from Ghana and I want to ask questions on beating or discipline a child in a month of Ramadan
Assalamu Alaikum, why does Shaikh say the Prophets name without adding(AS). Eg.Saleh,Yunus,Ibrahim.. JazakAllahKhair for this beautiful gem like series!
Jazakallah khair sheikh @Yasir Qadhi. Could you please suggest which Urdu translation would be simple to read yet accurate? Also please suggest an App if you are aware of.
Assalamu alaikum shaykh.pls inform me which tafsir of quran in English is best to read fully.i had tafsir of quran in my own language but I need in English for my kids.pls inform me shyakh.Barakallahu ferkum
Rubina Anwer This is what YQ posted recently on his FB page: I've been asked by many people what English translations I use or recommend. Actually, I typically translate myself and don't rely on any translation; however if I am pressed for time and want a quick 'cheat', I'll quickly reference three (in no particular order) - M. A. S. Abdel Haleem's The Quran (Oxford World Classics) - The Clear Quran by Dr. Mustafa Khattab - Saheeh International (by three American sisters - not the most academic but does have perhaps the easiest language to follow especially for a younger audience) Obviously there can never be a perfect translation, and no matter what anyone does, one can nitpick and find alternatives or suggest different methodologies. It really does boil down to choice: which one do you like the most. As well, there still remains the need to write a simple tafsir-cum-translation: this is a project that I have long flirted with but don't know if I'll ever undertake. The goal would be to write the briefest of commentaries that closely parallels the Arabic but whose aim is NOT to translate, but instead to convey the message to a modern Western audience. Hence it would not have to stick to a word-by-word template (which is very cumbersome, as English and Arabic are two languages that don't stem from the same branch of language families, hence there are too many differences in style, syntax and word order). Of course, for such a project the reader would be aware that what he is reading is a condensed tafsīr, and not a translation. Also, for the record, I'm not a big fan of translating ANY classical commentary - as anyone who has read Ibn Kathīr (for example) in English knows, typically reading such a detailed work written in a different time and place (apart from being almost impossible)....
you should condense your videos my parents are making me watch every day and ur very entertaining and these videos are interesting but my attention span is rly low and an hour is a little too long
Asalam u Alaikum warahmatullah shaykh, u made mention of different prophets in surah hud as correctly their is mention of diff. Prophets , but there was no mention of prophet hud i got bit confused , could u please clarify me
I have. None have harmed Muslims like USA does, ruining Iraq, Lebenon, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Palestine... list of countries goes on. Casualties are too many to count. Shayk YQ would agree... he says similar things often.
@@pq2552 Muslims were harming themselves long before usa, so no victim blaming, we have own up to our responsibilities, if justice exists it exists in western world that why we and including our respectful sheikh, live our life here
@@affarokurz1486 Our Shiekh here does plenty blaming of USA himself and he is right to do so. And dont get me started on the "justice" in the West. Anyways I don't need an argument here for no reason. I hope you are happy where you are and I hope your decision is best for your duniya and akhira. Salam!💚

The translation of Ayah 39 is displayed under Ayah 38-- Please keep in mind while listening and reading the translation
Sir may I know whose translation is used under the recitation of Qur’an while قاری صاحب recites so melodiously ماشاءاللہ

Rubina Anwer This is what YQ posted recently on his FB page:
I've been asked by many people what English translations I use or recommend.
Actually, I typically translate myself and don't rely on any translation; however if I am pressed for time and want a quick 'cheat', I'll quickly reference three (in no particular order)
- M. A. S. Abdel Haleem's The Quran (Oxford World Classics)
- The Clear Quran by Dr. Mustafa Khattab
- Saheeh International (by three American sisters - not the most academic but does have perhaps the easiest language to follow especially for a younger audience)
Obviously there can never be a perfect translation, and no matter what anyone does, one can nitpick and find alternatives or suggest different methodologies.

Systems of injustice, i.e. The United States of America!
you haven't been the so called Muslim countries yet?
Salam!💚
