I love that it has natural gas, the tankless water heater, and the 10 ft ceilings. That is a plus.
High ceilings make the home grandes! Real cooks say there is nothing like cooking with gas. Standard in Florida is electric.

Yes there is one decked out at 572k that comes with impact glass. Move in ready and you could be living in it by April 2024
