Same designs, most of the same voices, same looks of the characters, same music by acapella band spiralmouth, the developers vicarious visions and Tt fusion team up to develop that possible remaster along with activision/blizzard to publish it, all the levels, even the ones that didn't make it into the game along with the other characters, and more!

If you look under the "Future" tab of the Wikipedia article for Twinsanity, Keith Webb, one of the main artists for Twinsanity, sent a letter to Vicarious Visions congratulating them on the release of the N Sane Trilogy back in June 2017. He said that he, as well as several other previous developers who worked on Twinsanity, would be more than happy to return if VV was ever interested in an N Sane-like remake of Twinsanity

Because Spiralmouth's music aged very well.
It fits because Twinsanity's soundtrack is weird, upbeat and chaotic while also sounding pretty cool, which fits Crash's personality as a whole. You could probably fit these soundtracks into almost any Crash game and it would work well.

Twinsanity is easily the best non Naughty Dog Crash game. And also it has my second favourite Crash soundtrack just behind Warped. We need a remake of it with all the cut content. That would be a dream come true

Le sobra la cancion de hormiga mania de pequeño me daba miedo por como era el nivel que se veia la niebla azul oscura y pensab que si miraba ese sitio vendria el crash malvado y me atacaria o algo asi (Cosas mias de cuando era pequeño) ahora simplemente pues no me gusta
El soundtrack es bueno y encaja con los niveles, pero el soundtrack sin el gameplay se siente.. raro

Estás haciendo una comparación estúpida la verdad, soundtracks de ambos juegos no tienen comparación ni entre sí mismas, son diferentes xD
En verdad siendonos sinceros, es verdad, las Canciones originales (En especial el Primer juego) de la Trilogía original no les vino bien el hecho de la remasterización, arruinaron canciones como Slippery Climb (que es de las mejores en mi Opinión, junto al Nivel se mezclan magistralmente). Y ademas que el Soundtrack Twinsanity se le queda bien como lo pusieron xD

Eso es porque el juego no estaba terminado al 100% porque a los creadores les dieron el plazo de 1 año si no tubiera el plazo el juego estaria terminado en 3 o 4 años

It just goes to show how well these songs have aged and what a splendid job Spiralmouth did on 'em. It's just a shame that apart from this, Tag Team Racing and The Legend of Spyro series, they really never did anything else.

Twinsanity was a fantastic game. Really funny gameplay, the open world system worked really well with the fun story. And these musics are freaking amazing too.

I liked the little buggy aspect of twinsanity. I like how you can also replay missions by going down the path you went through eariler in the game. Or the funny cutscene exploits by throwing Cortex right before entering one.

It's almost as if I was looking at an early idea of a possible Twinaanity Remake. With how well the music is (even after nearly 15 years), I can see these kind of graphics, music, and all of the removed content into a great remake. One can only hope.

I would love it if they brought Twinsanity to the PS4, and managed to finish the game's development.
That game had so much hidden and unfinished content(for example "Gone a bit Coco", the Ant world, Swamp, evil Coco, etc.).
