- The new space-sized album "VILLAGECATION" combines all the dance genres Russian Village Boys have ever worked in: from the usual daring hardbass and mind-blowing hardcore to MTV nostalgia-soaked pop-punk, mixed with the electronica typical of the boys.
The album features the legendary Jimmy Pop of the sensational Bloodhound Gang, the young Dutch pop star Joost Klein, Polish hitmaker Mr.Polska and other talented artists.
The idea of the album is a call to relieve the stress that constantly plagues cityzens. To go to the countryside, to forget about all the problems, to fry some barbecues and drink beer to the cheerful music - that's villagecation!

Hate war, still your music rock. From Finland, ,my gramma had to leave her home, when she was a child. Because of the war. She lived in Зеленогорск, as finnish say, Terijoki. I still don't hate russian people, just like my gramma did not do so. She was the one, who make me have my first languege in school Russian. But sadly, there was too little opportunity to speak it, so it is mostly, that I understand some, but can only introduce myself with russian language. Well, I do not know, if there's any point on my comment, because, russian and finnish people are the same, when it comes with vodka, so.....Happy weekend and cheers!

I love your music and have been listening to this album nonstop. My kids came home from school one day trying to give me grief over listening to Russian music because they were taught about the war and were brainwashed into being all anti Russian. I asked why they picked the side they did and they couldn't tell me why so I started telling them not to support war on any side I even told them about our native American history and how we're still here after all that and dad has remained free in his mind. I was butthurt for what the school did to my children so I told them our people actually came from Siberia and we're just Russian sleeper cells waiting for the order. 😂 Your music always gets me and my family jumping around and in such a happy and energetic mood.
