Thank you for all the good vibes in your videos! ALSO... I used to have the same skin issues, and cutting out dairy was the only thing that actually worked for me. I say it is so worth a try!!! Girl my skin post birth control was SO horrible for months. Just know it does get better ❤❤❤ I eventually needed to see my dermatologist for antibiotics because I got fed up but I know what your going through.

Oh Chelsea! I am so in with your on Bagels with Cream Cheese for breakfast. Honestly, I work out every single day so then I have a shake (protein light one, literally just protein itself with water) and then my bagel with coffee. Before that I fast from the 3pm day before. I just get whole wheat multigrain bagels from Whole Foods which are actually very good with nutrition-wise and cream cheese I buy there too so it is not so unhealthy you know. I mean It is all about balance so I dont see a reason to restrict myself with that especially in the morning.
That’s also what I said about Happy Place!! The banter is just *chef’s kiss* No one does it like Miss Emily Henry for sure. Not the biggest fan of Happy Place’s ending but I loved reading it which is all that matters 😂❤
