I'm editing on a RadioApple animatic with that storyline and THIS song. Was using this for reference before the edited AI voice dub it ready. I've cried like 12 times in the last 3 days because of it. Basically the first verse and chorus is Lucifer mourning Lilith, then Alastor comes in the 2nd verse catching feelings after they began a feelsy relationship and confessing to Lucifer that he was using him at first but that he loves Lucifer, who returns his feelings, then Lilith shows up and controls Alastor in the refrain but Lucifer and Charlie interfere and I can't say anymore because spoilers for the major plot point of the story but it gets... hairy, scary, and completely unordinary. The art isn't the best, but the story is just 😭🔥😍 I'm hoping it will be up in the next week.
This inspires me to make a Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss swap AU. Basically replaces Stolas with Luci, Blitzø with Alastor, Millie+Moxxie with Vaggie+Charlie, and Loona with Angel Dust. It would be based around Luci and Al's broken relationship, with Al believing he's only being used as a toy that Luci tries to keep around at all times (because he's ace), when Luci genuinely loves him and wants him around, but he's unsure how he could tell Al. I might replace Fizz with Vox and Ozzie with Val but I'm not excited to write anything with Val, but I could avoid them too qwq Edit: Just realized the way I wrote the characters' replacements it seems as though I'm trying to put Helluva into the Hazbin universe, when it's the other way around. Oh well, I'm too lazy to fix it
