I am so blessed with my neighbors...before my back surgery I could barely walk every step was excruciating pain....they didn't ask to mow my yard, they just took care of it for me and shoveled snow for me.....I always ask myself what happened to neighbors looking out for each other? I give thanks for my neighbors every day. You are such a blessing to so many. Thank You!!!
I don’t speak to one of my neighbors because his wife is just a nasty human. But if he was laid up I would do his yard, without asking, his wife would yell at me. Does this person NOT have Google to call a yard service?
Right after we moved into a new home we were accidentally injured and our new neighbors had to wonder if we were slobs at first. A college age kid said he could mow for us and he did for over a year to raise money for school. It's great when people are proactive about helping neighbors.
Amazing how quickly a property can get out of control when you’re unable to care for it. You’re such a gift to this family, and I hope they recover soon.
The additional help does NOT diminish your work in any way. I don’t believe viewers realize the additional time it takes place cameras and then edit. The quality of your work is unparalleled, almost always going beyond mulching. Anyone should be able to see what you’re doing here and it is appreciated. This isn’t the self aggrandizing approach taken by others. The act of helping is the point, with or without on camera adulations. You take the project and give it your best. What an inspiring example. Many thanks!
Fill, this was a wonderful transformation for the homeowners. Max is doing a GREAT job! Glad to see you aren't alone and have help. Have a blessed week ahead!
It was great to see you had some help with this yard. You did an amazing job of cleaning and clearing this up. Great job Max, and Fill.. continued blessings to you.
I'm constantly amazed at the enormous size of the plots for many of these gardens. If that was in the UK, they'd have put 6 pokey little houses on there, with postage stamp sized gardens and charged a fortune fir them.
Just what I was thinking. It can only help their recovery from the trauma they've suffered. I've never been in a bad accident, but I have been badly traumatised and it really knocks the wind out of your sails. Acts of kindness go a very long way.
Who’s the young man helping you today? So glad you had help. This was a big job. Thanks for helping this family out. Car accidents are no joke it upsets their whole lives from healing wounds to finding transportation until the car can be replaced. Tough one. Thanks Fill!
I am sending good healing wishes for this family to regain their strength going forward. Perhaps they will be able to enjoy their outdoor space again. Thank you for helping them. It looks wonderful!❤
It must be wonderful to have another body working with you! Thank you for "sharing the limelight " with him and allowing him access to your tools. Thank you also for your generous assistance that you give to so many people.
What a huge blessing you were to this family. After being in an accident, the last thing you want to think about is an overgrown yard. They will rest better knowing God sent them someone to help them. Good job Fill. 🤗🤗
the grass isn't dead...its gone dormant and will green back up once the cooler and wetter weather arrives. this is also a great time to go after the weeds as they stay green due to deeper growing tap roots. as for the apple trees, they're pruned in the autumn. great jobs guys!
This is an excellent example of the level of service you provide. Granted you were looking for more jobs when you found this one, the extra effect you put into this one is clear. Car accidents are devastating emotionally, not to mention the helplessness a person feels when they are trying to recover but can not function as they did before the accident. You are an example to all those who can provide help to those in need.
I hope people appreciate all you do for them and their community. You are such a Blessing to so many. And, watching you in action is both cathartic and enjoyable. Big Hugs…and Thank you so much for being such a light to so many! God Bless and protect you always 💚
Having worked in an orchard for 10 years, pruning is done in late feb early march. Any branch growing straight up from the top of a branch is called a sucker and needs to be removed at that time. They are called suckers because they do not produce and suck nutrients from fruit production. You also want to remove branches close to the ground so air can flow up through the tree allowing the fruit to ripen evenly. The tree needs to be trimmed so branches do not cross each other allowing for greater air flow and better fruit production. You should be able to see light patches and major branches through the trees to reduce the risk of apple scab developing due to dark damp environment. A hard spring prune will kick the trees into a better production cycle.
Huh. 😢😠 where were the neighbors to lend a hand before it got horrible. Thry were happy to tell sbout their neighbor being hurt but not lend a hand. Boo Hiss. ❤Thank You Sweethearts for helping❤
People who own large properties should invest in riding lawn mowers plus other needed yard maintenance equipment... I don’t understand when they don’t... just saying...
I was involved in a car wreck back in March 2017 that totaled my car, the SUV that hit me and the car in front of me - I suffered a blown disc and right leg injury - my back is still messed up - nerve damage - using a weedeater would be very difficult and riding a mower painful unless I'm using my pain meds - thankfully where I live we have a lawn care crew & I can watch u work instead of me doing it 😊
I was in an accident at work. I drove a large truck. Long story short, I had a broken neck as a result. It took almost a year to fully recover. I sympathise with your client. I was very fortunate. Some aren't so. I give God the glory on that one, man. Anywho, I think it's absolutely fantastic you're helping this family. When life happens, it's nice to know someone care. Nice Going!
That was a rough one. I totally understand. An accident is bad enough but with your family in the car with you? That's the stuff of nightmares. You and Max did a great job. I can feel her relief from here. Thanks so much for helping this family.
Bought house right before Covid got big. First month, a disc in my back went bad and paralyzed my right leg. The next month my wife was in the hospital with heart failure. 4 years on and we try our best to keep the year clean, but have no help. Tough to afford someone to care for it. I am glad these people had someone like you to help them. I have been in a similar situation to them and would have really appreciated it.
Who is your worker? You both did a great job of giving this family back their yard. Thank you for your hard work, Fill, looking forward to the next, blessings from Australia 🇦🇺🙏❤️🤗
Personally, that deck looks sketchy. Look how much stuff they got above and 3 tiny little posts holding it up. The header underneath looks like it's bowing from all the weight. I apologize for noticing that more than the amazing lawn transformation. It's just hard to unsee. I bet it's awesome to have a helper on this one. 4 hands ✋️ make lighter work. Great job!
Yeah seconded. Residential constructions not my engineering field so I can't speak professionally but I would not go under that. It may be fine statically for a while, but given time, a heavy storm or a party on it would worry me. The doubled two bys under that 4x4 really have no strength against popping out sideways, those plates won't do it. Someone should have Mike Holmes take a road trip to take a look. It's a shame so often people make nice large decks but they cheap out on the support structure and every owner down the road is stuck with potentially a time bomb on their hands.
I guess trimming the apple trees is best in early spring before it sprouts. It you trimm it in autumn or winter the wounds from the cuts are entry for fungi and diseases. Tom 😎
Glad you came to help this family out. That's a big yard to do by yourself, glad you have a helper. Who is he? God Bless your heart. Have a good day. Your helper did a good job
What a wonderful job you and Max did, I think Max did wonderful. That sure was a big yard, I hope the person with the car injury recovers quickly and recovers their health to 100%. Can’t wait to see the next one.
Fill, you guys do such a fantastic job but, I have a suggestion for you. Being that you do your jobs for free I would like to suggest that when you do a job that has dried up grass like this one. Why don't you buy some grass seed and spread it over the yard to help save their lawn?
Thank you for helping out your neighbor out with his yard. You absolutely amazing work cleaning up the yard while cutting their grass. Good bless you for all you do. You are truly a blessing to everyone you help.
Thank you and Max for helping this family during this difficult time. Max & you transformed this yard to something great again. Awesome job! God Bless you both. Have a great week.
Max did a great job. Those giant, primitive backyards are rough. I had to take over mowing after my husband died. I love the swisher that I bought for him. It is more efficient than a regular mower.
Sometimes, it's easier to get over accidents to the body than healing the soul to the home. Mowing the yard and tidying the home surrounds helps this healing. It no longer reflects the pain and trauma people have been through. Great help to the family Fill. Handy to start training a helper for you too. 😁👍🇦🇺...For Max..😁👍
hello from Belgium! my 15 year old little brother is a huge fan of what you do to the point of also starting in parks and gardens 😊 thank you so much for giving him the motivation to do the same things as you❤❤
Who's your helper? He seems to be very efficient, You've trained him well.
Max
@@barbarayoung7077 well that clears that up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm an 82 year old woman and if my neighbor was in a bind I would be there in a minute to mow and prevent such a mess.
I think Max did a great job
Right after we moved into a new home we were accidentally injured and our new neighbors had to wonder if we were slobs at first. A college age kid said he could mow for us and he did for over a year to raise money for school. It's great when people are proactive about helping neighbors.
So true! I wish more neighbors were more helpful instead of being critical and complaining about their neighbors ugly yards.
Shout out to Max! It's always a big help to have an extra pair of hands. You did a great job on this humongous yard.
Amazing how quickly a property can get out of control when you’re unable to care for it. You’re such a gift to this family, and I hope they recover soon.
The neighborhood has been spared

I would much rather see you helping families than the abandoned videos. This is a great thing you did.
Max had done a great job, and didn't look lazy. He kept up with everything. Glad to see you had help, that was a huge yard to do.
Best time to prune an apple tree in the fall when they go dormant
I like it when lawn workers go the extra mile and haul away junk and keep items OFF the grass.
Fill, this was a wonderful transformation for the homeowners. Max is doing a GREAT job! Glad to see you aren't alone and have help. Have a blessed week ahead!
Watching you two moving that little mower, my first thought was, "Oh, my back!!"
It was great to see you had some help with this yard. You did an amazing job of cleaning and clearing this up. Great job Max, and Fill.. continued blessings to you.
Very nice job, couldn't have found a more deserving family. Hope they are all back to health soon. Got you a good assistant! ♥️♥️👍🏻👍🏻
Everyone needs you as a neighbor! Thanks for helping this family when they needed it most.
Max seems like a pretty good helper. I think you need to keep him on!!!
It looks like the neighbor's yard could use some help as well. You and Max did a great job on this one.
So glad you had some help on this yard. Max, you did a great job.
This yard was definitely a two person job!
I'm constantly amazed at the enormous size of the plots for many of these gardens. If that was in the UK, they'd have put 6 pokey little houses on there, with postage stamp sized gardens and charged a fortune fir them.
The picture of the three backyards lined up is wild
Max did a great job. This is 1 less thing the family has to worry about. Thank you for doing this for this family
I don't know what is going on with this family but thank you for the clean up. God Bless you and your helper.

You are really an angel. That family obviously has fallen on hard times.

all that tall grass and only 1 snake wow

THANK YOU both, that lawn was a fire hazard. You really help them more than you can imagine. 😇
I was thinking the same thing. If they were in a dry area and somebody threw a cigarette butt out, the yard would be like a tinder box. 😮

Physical therapy from a fall 2.years ago, just getting Mobil again.
I've had back injuries so bad that I couldn't even hold a simple gallon of milk for a couple weeks straight.

Nicely done sir. But after seeing the drone shot, it looked like the neighbor next door could use your magic touch (trimming).
