Which is a stupid thing. There's no diversity, there's no freedom. You can't choose a champ and play him the way you want.
It makes the game stale af.
There's no experimentation, and there's no messing around with your builds and roles.
Grave can't be an effective support as his ult does NOTHING that provides value when you're AP.
Why not introduce slow based on his AP (or apply a slowonce a certain AP thresholdhas been reached). It would still suck but at least he would have some support value.
You typically choose a champ, and you play one playstyle just cuz there's no variety.

@@patryku7702 as someone who has in their life atleast once regularly played AP xin/AD TF/rakan AP mid/zeri AP support and other stupid shit like crit set, there is diversity, it's just a fact that every character has an optimal build path, and it's also a fact that going ap support on a champ that only has 1 potentially 'suppotive' ability that's mana hungry and has a dogshit ap scaling (in addition to being the only ap scaling) then yes you are not gonna have fun

@ ofc u can build whatever on whoever, but if I play a champ, and I'm bored and want to switch things up, then I am being punished because the character is no longer as good as he/she is.
I really love SMITE2's take on this topic. The gods are versatile and with the introduction of 'aspects' your god changes from one stale/ prime role, onto something that actually works.
Just sad that they care more for dishing out $500 Ahri skins, but won't spend actual time and effort into making the game enjoyable for those who played it for years.
