Even if you're the only driver, it's a good idea to set up a profile. When the car goes in for service (albeit so seldom, for the latest models), the people driving the vehicle will reset the seat and mirrors for their and the car's safety as it's moved around the dealership. It's great to have that profile set so that with one button you can get back to your own position settings.
I did. 😁👍 My xc40 recharge is coming next month!!! I think we made the right choice eh, Wouldn't want to be a V90 blowhard, and seem like I'm over compensating for something. 😉
I traded a 2017 V60 R Design for the smacking new V90 Cross Country which features this touch screen and I literally traded it back to the 2017 V60 R Design after just two months BECAUSE of this screen. It was slow and did not work properly half the time. Yes, the technology on the 2017 is dated and shock-full of physical buttons, but they actually WORK well and fast.
Was your infotainment system on the new v90 much slower than what is displayed in video? I'm only asking because I'm thinking of getting a 2017 xc90 and I think it might be the same system in the video. Any reply would be helpful, thanks.
T I hello It was similar to the video, however in my case, the system would sometimes disconnect phone calls, the back up camera would not engage or if it did it would too late and the cross traffic sensors would start beeping randomly even though there was nothing or no one around me I would strongly suggest you test the screen extensively, ask that they let you pair your phone and make a phone call, back up and see how fast the camera engages, test how it streams your own music on your phone if that is the way you listen to music From what I’ve read in past articles, The first generation XC90 meaning the ones built in the year 2016 were the ones with the most problems reported. Check the sticker inside the door and see the manufacturing date, if it says 2016 your chances increase that it will not work properly, if it was manufactured in 2017 then perhaps not

Picked up my XC40 today!!! It is much better than any video could describe.... So if you are thinking about getting an XC 40, Just do it!!!!
That's for poor people. Just got a V90 aka a proper Volvo.

Great demo. Not many people go through the FM radio demo the way you did. Thank you.
Nice detailed overview, thanks 😎👍
Great video explanation

Very informative, thanks.
A big disappointment for me with Sensus Connect is not being able to display radio icons in DAB.
The steering wheel is on the wrong side..I'd complain.
the worst interface in a car. ever. hate it.
