The BenchPress vacuum membrane press has been redesigned with many new and unique features to make this the most technically advanced vacuum press on the market for vacuum pressing flat and curved panels.
The bar was set high when developing this vacuum press to address some of the problems associated with other cheaper vacuum membrane presses: We wanted to ensure that the platen remains dimensionally true for flat panel veneering, that a high vacuum is achieved quickly when laminating curved panels to prevent pre-curing, that there is no risk of trapped air and that the gasket is completely leak free. In addition, we wanted to make it quick and easy to replace the rubber membrane when necessary without the need for hundreds of screws and to be able to operate the vacuum press without having to rely on cumbersome toggle clamps. To finish off we wanted to give the press an attractive new look, setting the frame on castors to give it some mobility.

My question is how do you laminate the opposite side ? Is there any panels in the market with one side already laminated white ?

Can this work with thermoforming solid surface. Do you have a heating option for applying pvc sheets on to MDF.
