I had one bird for two years straight sing by my window at night. It was such a beautiful sound it actually warmed my heart and made me feel so good inside. It has been years since I heard from my little friend. I do miss his sound. I always think about it.

"song of the nightjar"?!? There are lots of different species of nightjar, all with distinctive calls. I figure you get five in Tembe. Which species is featured in this video is glaringly obvious, but I'll leave it to Africam to figure out for themselves.
