300 grams (1 ¼ cups) Water
100 grams (⅓ cup) Sourdough Starter
8 grams (1 ½ tsp) Salt
Argentinian Style Chorizo

1 Bunch of Parsley chopped
1 Head of Garlic Chopped
1-2 cups of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of red wine vinegar
1 cup of Lime Juice
