This is a hilly run the first 5km / 30 mins. It's perfect for you to adjust your treadmill to follow the incline as shown in the metrics. The goal is to see a beautiful lake and some old cabins. We'll be running by some cows, which seemed a bit spooked by me, I wonder why..? I'm a nice guy!
The video is with metrics, making it easy for you to adjust the speed if you want to.

Another great video, Svein Erik. I did not realize how much uphill you were doing on your way out, but you sure flew coming back. Even outran the GoPro it seems.
I notice that hills look great...in the background. Less so when under your feet. Okay, just a personal observation.
It took me a moment to identify the area off of Strava, but I see it is just a bit east of the cross-country area I had asked about some time ago (regarding the lights).

Hi Ron, i guess hills have a love/hate feeling amongst runners. I tend to love it, which has no logic to it, am I crazy? It's true that this is close to another trail. Just a few hundred meters 😊
