    Excellent. I like what you said at 12:05 & 14:12 "would you be opposed to ..."
    ~ People are wary of saying "YES" in sales situations, it feels 'risky' & like a commitment or decision
    Their guard drops & they FEEL no risk is being taken whenever they say "NO"
    So actually engineering the question so the answer you *want* is a "NO" is elegant
