I could hear this video just fine on my phone or with headphones but not with my computer speakers. Computer speakers were set to 100% volume and could barely hear. Not sure why this is.

Since I watched your video about the trifecta. I just bought a rental property in FL and deed it into LLC.
I have a w-2 jobs (>150k), a small business, multiple account 401k, Roth IRA, HSA and college saving for my kids, my own house in CA, and the rental property which I wanna scale this to more units.
I haven’t had a trust. Is there a way to get contact with you or your team to explore what I should structure my assets.

Hey Mark - I have a question for you. You keep saying form an LLC for Rental Property. What type of LLC do you mean to form? Single Member? How do you report rental income in a Tax Return? Is it possible in Schedule C Or Schedule E? or need to do an S-Corp election and file Form 1120-S under Form 8825? Please clear all these tax questions regarding Rental Property and business entities with Renal Income.
He has done videos on these topics so keep listening. He recommends single member LLCs in almost all situations. He has a video on tax returns If you need more hand-holding, you need to look him up. Check the video description. Mark Kohler, kkos lawyers.

You could do a whole video on this,a lot of farmers are gonna be in a jam what taxes will be, the step up changes for leaving farms and other property to children.This applies to small bussines too.

Why is vacant land so expensive? All you get for $5k is .27 acres. That's outside of a city. $5,000 for a quarter of an acre?a lot in the city is $180,000 for 1 and 1/2 acres. How are you supposed to make money with future buildable land? I want to get a loan to buy land and have a fourplex built. How do I do that,cost effectively?
Is it okay to establish the LLC first and buy a rental property under the LLC, rather than deed the property to the LLC post sale?
I’d be interested in hearing how many LLC’s on average do most successful clients have, because I keep hearing “open a LLC” So can this be the same one or does it have to be a new one for each venture?
Mark and team say it should be based on value of equity. The more you have under 1 LLC, the more risk a judgement will have access to all of it. Mark would love my boss. He has 17 LLC's. Some are real estate. Most are small-medium sized companies; manufacturers, retail chains, a trucking firm etc

Hi @Mark Me and my wife have full time jobs with w2 , earning > 150k. I am thinking to change my job and get 1099 instead of w2, in order to be qualified as real estate professional. I own several rentals. What precautions should I take in order to prove IRS that I am real estate professional. What kind of documentation IRS looking for if there is an audit.
He has at least one video on this. You can't use 1099 to hide the amount of time you're spending on your job. You have to actually doing real estate as the vast majority of your work.
