I have 2.... both broke after a year.... garbage, wires in the tank and stick out to far

Can you use the echotech back up battery for this? And if you can how long will it last? And does the wav go to energy saving mode when there is a power outage?
Really confused on how I’m getting an advertisement for the wave pump, when it has not been available for the last year or more at this point.

Are there any other wave makers that have as much tech as that one does?
Due to the power of these wave makers is there a minimum size tank they should be fitted to, I have read they are too powerful and should only be used on large tanks.
Given the physical size as well as the GPH of these pumps (granted, they're controllable), I would suggest them for 4 foot tanks or larger in most cases. They're awesome powerheads, but a nano version would be nice 🙂
As others have mentioned, THEY DON'T LAST!
I've had 4. Three have failed just after the warranty. One is still working. I passed on the replacement offer. Why send good money after bad?
I've thought about getting a COR but after my experience with Neptune's WAV, I have no faith in Neptune's pumps at all.

Agreed! I’ve had 3 and none last 18 months of use. Seems to last just past the warranty expiration, then it fails.Then they told me they could give me a replacement for $99. I passed.
Looks like major problems. How does BRS juggle promotional obligations & adequately address customer complaints / actual performance? Given the feedback something needs to be done. Otherwise the BRS brand itself is tarnished.
Not worth looking at if it doesn't have a battery backup
I will stick with my MP40s. I love my Apex, but those look cheap.

@@BRStv what BRS is saying is that nothing wrong with either pumps: you can buy either one through BRS ;)
They would be great if they weren't the most unreliable pump ever made.
