Assuming that the posts are straight up, the answer is 4ft
The 15ft can be split into 9ft + 6ft, so by similar triangles (1:3 = 3:9, 1:2 = 3:6) the light is 3ft above the top of the poles, and add 1ft to that and you get 4ft
