Particularly this video is about Jamshetji Tata Birthday Celebration.Jamshedpur celebrated Founder's day with colourful lights. Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran switched on lights at 40 locations, including the Jubilee Park. The illuminations adorned the city, attracting huge crowds. The Tata Group will celebrate Jamshetji Tata's 185th birth anniversary on March 3.This local attraction was opened to the public in 1958, on the occasion of the city's golden jubilee, the 50th anniversary of establishment. This park was originally a gift to the town of Tatanagar(Jamshedpur) from the Tata Steel Company.Noel N Tata
On the eve of Founder's Day, the illumination was inaugurated by Noel N Tata, Vice Chairman, Tata Steel in the presence of TV Narendran, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Steel and senior officials of the company.Jamshedpur completes 100 years since it was named so by the then viceroy of India, Lord Chelmsford, in 1919.It is now the third most-populous city and largest urban agglomeration in the state and is a major rail and road junction. Originally named 'Sakchi', Lord Chelmsford renamed it as Jamshedpur in 1919 as a tribute to its magnificent founder Jamshetji Tata.
