He said in the live stream he did before the release of the music video he said that the music video was shot in Toronto Canada and he said it was freezing cold but they used fake snow because at the time they shot the music video it wasn’t snowing and I think you are right about the slow motion because there were some people who filmed him while they were shooting the music video and they were playing the song double the speed.
