It goes without saying, all bands has risen since COVID, however, let’s be honest, to compare with yourself to the “Mighty Purple” is ridiculous. Music is not all about power, but, quality, consistency, intonation, arrangement, balance, technique, and song order. Over blowing, is not musicianship. They are doing a Great job!! N.O. is fertile ground. The college band directors are really impressed with the skill and stamina of these kids!!
