To be honest, I like Ben’s sw fs flip more than his regular’s one for some reason. I feel like his flick on the sw one is more precise than the other one even though thats from his dominant foot. Idk why but I like the way it looks in my opinion🤷🏻♂️
Dude, thank you so much for uploading this! Truly. I’ve been personally battling this trick for the past two months or so and literally two days ago I asked someone at the park for trick tips to wherein they said in a condescending manner that I shouldn’t even try it and should stick with the basics like 50’ng a box. After watching this video, I went out and tried it with my front foot closer to the edge and stuck my first ever one within a few tries. Without your video, I think I might’ve actually taken that guy’s advice and given up. Thank you so much
Sick! Happy to hear. 😊
I liked them before u changed them. I actually love the hardflip type frontside flips, they are clean imo. Interesting to see how everyone likes different styles.
😊. I feel you. I often like how other people do them, but when I do them I feel like I have less control with it. Plus I’d like to start doing them into noseslides.
@@fiore_adriano Ah yeah the hardflip fs flips into noseslide probably way less conventional. Good luck man!
I feel like the muscle memory from the flatter FS Flips is more useful when it comes to learning flips into slides, but I've always preferred the way vertical FS Flips looked.
really like your channel and you seem like a really chill guy so i subbed ! keep it up man
It's like one big movement. Like a hard flip but you turn with it, which makes the action feel more natural
Dude i can def see the progression man! Keep it up!
This not related but in my opinion bens switch fs flips look better than his regular ones
Interesting, second person to comment that. I feel the same way about my switch frontside flip, I can do them better. 😂
Damn ben has godlike fs flips
Yes, nice frontside flips!🔥💪 Definitely my all time favourite trick. Tom Penny, Reynolds and Lewis Marnell (RIP) inspired me to learn this trick back in 90s. New kid, Dylan Jaeb also has nice fs flips.
My hint is to try from small drop (1stair) fs flips. Gives more time for full rotation. Thanks for another great video.
The stevie williams looking frontside flip looks dope man.
There was some amazing frontside flips at SLS this weekend. They flick really late and catch is full 90. So majestic!
ayyy damo cool to see you here in this comment section!

Hope you heal well and soon, and thanks!
Solid tip vid man 👌
I had that same problem the thing that fixed it was practicing kick flip crooked going and kick flip nose slide on a curb and then I found a high curb and which then led to me learning how to anticipate the catch and rotation
I can see the progression 🔥

nice!!
This the collaboration needed to fix my fs-flip game ✨🤝✨
1:56 and then he got nasty with the switch fs flip! Awesome video, love this breakdown. I need more advice on 360 flips, I'm insanely close to landing them but just can't quite get it figured out.
When I get back to form I really need to make a 3 flip video.
@@fiore_adriano yeah dude! I’ve watched tons of tutorials but would like your advice in specific because you do a good job of focusing on the really small details that some people take for granted and just gloss over. Plus you have nice poppy 3 flips. Not sure if you are able to do them switch but you could even put some switch tre attempts in there just to compare beginner status vs where you’re at with regular. But either way, doing it with a variety of camera angles and breaking it down after is helpful. If you get some free time check out my progress in this short video and see if you can incorporate some notes into a future 3 flip breakdown: ua-cam.com/video/vL24QY3LHdI/v-deo.html
I lost switch fs flips after stopping for 6 years now I’m trying to get them back and I landed one today and thought my board snapped but my tail just felt flat. I got bs heels again which feels great. I can almost fs flip regular but I can get my back foot on
It Must Be Nice To Have SS and Regs!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Muska flips look wayyyy better IMO. I like reynolds way down stairs and gaps
My regular fs flips are muska (and I don’t mind it I’m keeping it that way) and my switch ones flick straight. I do whatever one according to the spot and what would be more appealing
How do you get the back foot on? I can flick it that way but my back foot always hits the tip of the tail
@@Skankhunt-hl9zj shift the deck in front of you with your back foot as you pop it to project it further forward
I really don't like the way Ben does them
it was only yesterday i seen ben post a new one about it lol he has such good looking frontside flips.
i didnt mean like u dont have good looking ones, urs look good too.
