Making an Etsy order for a Personalized Wooden Name Puzzle

"This video shows the process of making a personalized puzzle for children. The client has sent the child's name and we have to make the puzzle. For the product, we use 4 mm. and 8 mm. birch plywood.
We forgot to film some processes such as sanding and varnishing.

No, the base is 2 layers of 3 mm. plywood, and the letters red of 8 mm. plywood.

We use ordinary acrylic paint, but the company has a certificate that they are safe for children.

Well, it's not exactly a font. We have reworked it. We arrange each letter individually :)
