Hi Clint! So in FFA I would say the Overkill Vest is a solid choice! But not so much for the running two primaries as it is good for the bonusses to increased weapon swap speed (quick grip gloves) and reloading while sprinting (commando gloves). So if you do choose to run that, I would equip scavenger gloves or maybe marksman gloves if you are sniping. I also made this video before the Assassin vest was added to the game. That has been the only vest I have been using in other respawn game modes (HP, Dom, KC, TDM, etc.) as you are permanently off the mini-map (unlike ghost T/V camo gear). I would probably be tempted to use that in FFA as well. The COR45 with the lightning trigger and the Renettis are both really good secondary weapons, so I usually don't feel the need to run a sub as a backup.
@@KINGJALBS thanks so much for the tips. With the assasin vest, does this mean I dont need to run supressed guns? will it keep the map from pinging with this vest too? or just keep me off the enemy UAV radar?
@@clintmccabe6904 You're welcome! You'll still need to run a suppressed weapon but with a suppressor you will permanently be off the enemy UAV the entire game. Regardless of how much you're moving around. It's a really strong vest right now, I highly recommend it!
@@KINGJALBS thanks for answering my questions with such detail. It’s been honestly very helpful. I have one more question if you don’t mind. I see lots of UA-camrs & really good players running irons. I can’t seem to hit the target when I do that so I run a red dot. Is that something I should practice with? Or just stick to red dot?
You're welcome! Happy to help! I think it really just depends on the gun and personal preference! For for a gun like the Taq Eradicator, the iron sights are really good so a lot of people won't use a sight with that. But other weapons have really gross irons that make it hard to see what you're aiming at. Overall, if you can use the irons it is nice because then you can use another attachment. But of course, hitting some shots is better than none! Maybe try building your weapon for more overall recoil control when trying to use irons? Also, make sure you're strafing with your left stick while shooting because then you get more rotational aim assist (if you're on controller).
thank you!
You're welcome!
what are your thoughts on running Overkill Vest? i'm very new to COD, but i picked that one so i could run MCW + an SMG.
