this doesn't work for one simple reason not because the school blocked it its because as you can see in the video at 4:50 it said sign in with github but in small words under it is says "personal accounts only" so until you figure out how we link it to a personal account dont think this video is legit
This won't work in most schools because the blocking happens at the network level and not on the device itself. It doesn't matter what program is trying to reach the url. The requests go through the same machines so the website would still be blocked.
So this won't work anymore, so instead use read the web extension. First one that pops up. Download it, click it, and a headbar pops up. There, wait for 3 dots to stop, then click the microsoft logo. then, do the steps in the vid. This is called a webview, where your IP is same (Admins can still see history) but no extensions, thus no block, transfers.
okay its not blocked for me either but using this method it basically like a vpn kinda but using that apps servers then going on github to go to a google chrome WITH THERE SERVERS. Not the schools which would = unblock kinda like a vpn in a way.
