This is probably very wrong, but I'm pretty sure he's just talking Dutch, or switching between Dutch and Afrikaans or Frisian or something in that direction... This is what I could get. "Âld, baloens shalft nie. Kan ons, gedachte, bevrijd. Nie-." This means: "Old, balloons don't explode. Us, our thoughts, freed. No-." This isn't a literal translation, but it's the closest thing to what would make sense. I have nothing do to with my life, I know...
hello! im a native afrikaans speaker and im certain thats the language, not dutch. i tried my best at translating as well, its also a bit rough because of the effects over it but i feel like im close. i believe vocal 3 says "aand, paar ons af nie. kan ons gedagde bevry nie” which is roughly “evening, don’t pair us off. can’t set free our thoughts” not sure if that’s all correct but i know it is afrikaans because vocal 4 also speaks in it! it says "dood. vrot. agter. verloor. oopenings. niks. kwaad. eindig." which translates to "dead. rot/rotten. behind. lose. openings (wounds maybe?). nothing. angry. ending." hope this helps!

If your looking for a good scary mod that really does creep you out theres two that i recommend No.1 'Uhadiat Allawn. This mod is pretty popular it has a very creepy unnerving atmosphere like your walking through a forbidden trail as said by Neester this mod is also an Orin ayo spin off or it at least takes place in the original Orin ayo universe No.2 Alooistika Meli. This mod is a bit more of a bumping thumping jumping beat but isn't too crazy it still keeps the Horror unnerving vibe this mod is less popular than 'Uhadiat Allawn but it still stands out to me
