very cool i found myself in the video (4;43) this was a freaking great show, i had seen them in the 80s and always said i would again. i dragged my girlfriend (her first insoc show ) and she loved it too cant wait to see them again PLEASE TOUR AGAIN !!!
Thank you guys for preforming again, even though I had missed the live shows, I am enjoying what is here on You-tube. I greatly enjoy your music, the message of the lyrics and the combination of sounds, you three are Master Chiefs...what your music paints in my minds eye and soul is delicious. Finally, just want to say that I was honored to chat with Kurt via message boards on Prodigy decades ago, thanks again for taking time to respond to me. Namaste
We saw yall in the late 90s at this little bar in Biloxi, MS. Blew our minds that you played there. The show was FANTASTIC. Still one of my fave memories.
Their 2nd best song at least that I've heard after "Running". I don't think anything else touches it, though some of the remixes of their "Lay All Your Love on Me" cover are quite good. But this song was decades ahead of its time and yet, given how trendy PCness was 30 years ago (those of you who were there will remember well!), it was also super fresh at the time and perfectly timed. The main reason it wasn't a commercial smash (including MTV's boycott of the video) was bc it was too true, too real, too good at showing Madison Ave at work in "the emperor's new clothes". & they'd just won the Cold War, they couldn't have THAT! 30 years on the song's as current as ever both on regard to wokeness and it's complete cooptation by Wall St. It's a brilliant political song!
I love me some InSoc but it must be said... Kurt needs to work on his live voice. It's never been very good and with this video it's definitely out of shape. I'm hoping he's worked on it in the last 5 years, but my gut tells me no, since he never wanted to singing position to begin with.
Agreed. I have worked on it, but I'm only ever going to be about as good as I am. As such, I have always tried to concentrate more on stage-performance than pure singing. Totally not offended, totally valid observation. :)
Oh wow. I'm very glad to hear you are not offended by that. After the years and reading it again I think I would have worded what I said differently. I sound snooty and pretentious. I should have added positive criticism that your stage performance is awesome. I think after such an incredible new album and how I really loved how your voice added incredible depth to the album I think I just got disappointed in the live voice. Oh well. I'm glad your not offended. Whew! I can't wait to hear what you guys have next up your sleeve.
@@kurtlarson6290 I was there, and I thought Wrongful Death was Great!!! (Just kidding!) You did all right in Seeds of Pain though (great writing, by the way)
Simplesmente Sensacional...

Uma das melhores bandas de todos os tempos!!
My favorite track!!!

ABSOLUTAMENTE Recomendable.!!!
This song got HEAVY right around the 5 minute mark. To quote Reznor: "I was standing right there when it came down from the sky."
And who could think that the topic is absolutely still current in 2022 ?
Perfect version #InformationSociety
Was at this concert was awesome!!!!!!!!!!
I'm absolutely right ... I'm absolutely certain that I entertained by this video.
I wish I could see them live!
Always an InSoc fan!
Kurt como sempre estiloso!
❤
Hahahahaha something wrong with me, I love all music from Information Society :-D
Não... Não há nada errado em 'amar' as músicas de uma das bandas mais injustiçadas no cenário da música em todos os tempos.
Amazing live performance. Blows the mind.
James Cassidy looks cool as hell in this video!
Sin duda muy subvalorados acá en Chile. Lo más grande del Synthpop de USA.
I love how Kurt Harland looks like a chubby suburban dad, yet can still command the stage as a charismatic front man.
Welcome to Argentina. Los queremos ver en vivo!
and i was there with thedaemonspawn down below.......best night EVER. thank you!
Wow would have loved to see this live very good
i saw them live in the early 90's, too. great show; over an hour into it, kurt was like, "okay, that was just a warm-up!"
E fantástico esses caras
