Unless you explain the wish in such a way that there is no debating your full intent, and no loophole to exploit, the Genie will find some way to twist it around. He would take "I want to be extremely obsessed with my ex-wife" and twist it to mean her specifically and make it "she will be doubly obsessed with your ex-wife" which would be herself.
