I will say this. As long as I've been around street racing in Texas, I've almost always known about Chicago. Early to mid 2000's it use to be a big yearly thing that Chi-town would bring down a big group of cars to Houston, and over a few nights a shit ton of badass racing would happen. Another time at a cash days the Scandalous Racing guys came down to film and at least to me they were cool as hell.

The race I would like to see is Tuff and Daddy Dave that suppose to happen again for 10 grand!!!! Was at PRI a few years back, watched them set Chief's car up to race Tuff somewhere that night after PRI. It never happen!!!!!
It's amazing how they can change how a person is viewed as so much. To be honest after watching both episodes I kind of feel like you were a jack ass. But after watching this video I feel like you are a down to earth guy. Someone I would likely hang out with. As a northern guy myself I feel you on the 4 months of racing. The cars sitting in the garage right now waiting for sub freezing weather.

I'm a big fan / supporter of the Chicago street racing scene , I'm from the old school side of the scene , the 405 guys ( OKC) don't have real legit street cars, to me Chicago has some of the fastest STREET cars in the country , my opinion, keep doing what you do , big fan of the page... Chi-Town 💪

Cool video man. Plenty of haters are gonna talk crap regardless. I didn't think you were flagging shady. The Ryan race looked odd because of the hesitation, then calling him again, and then bam on the light. But as Chief has said in the past, you're at the mercy of the flagger and have to accept it when you're in their house. Ryan had problems with the flagger in Cali and accused Chief of riding with Cali when he paid the bet. Ryan accused Chief of favouring Dave with the light in an OKC list race. Then the race vs. Robin, another flag issue. I like Ryan, but he seems thrown off at times with human flaggers. The result for Dave sucked too, but it's the flagger's call on bump/tyre crack etc. Respect for Dave, wasn't happy, but owned it (from what we saw). Stay safe bro.

I was a starter arm drop they started bitching so I'd tell them find someone else couple of passes later they kept asking me to start them being the flag man is absolutely no fun you can't please no one and it's alot of work I won't do it again I'd rather watch.
It was cool watching. I highly recomend you start watching how cheif flags races it will make you a much better race master and that just me being honest. Every arm drop I've been to has had a professional film crew there filming and most of the time the entry fee is free. So if you get hustled it's a racing deal. OKC are the Og's but in my opinion if JJ didn't come along Street Outlaws wouldn't have grown as much as it has in the last few years. You did a great job and I can't believe they wouldn't put on small tires to make it even.
Thing about JJ, he will put their whole crew on smalls and them hillbillies will come up and show you how it's done! And when it comes to nitrous, ain't no one better! I've been around JJ a lil bit, he's actually super cool man, and a lot smarter about cars than he lets on to be! I mean say you're racing him for 500-1000 bucks on the street and you break or crash he won't take your money, he'll tell ya just get the fixed, and y'all will race another day.
