@@Rogue_Centurionyeah lol the highlight answered my question I knew he was couldn't remember the city I played high school basketball at Wake Christian Academy im 31 I was great shooting guard in high school mind you I'm only six foot tall but I was one of the best three point shooters at the time anyways I played against John Wall in high school we only lost by 5 points I had 34 points Wall had like 40 I had to guard him most the game I had height on him at the time he grew taller when he went to college at Kentucky also my claim to fame is I beat Ravenscroft big time prep school in my area and that was when they had Ryan Kelly he played at Duke and played on the Lakers with Kobe Bryant a couple years as well in that game I hit a game winning three pointer as the buzzer went off in their basketball arena and all the fans and players came up to me after the game and all took pictures with me it was the first time our school had beaten them at their home place they were a powerhouse in high school basketball when i played i finished that game with 29 points and 12 assist
They won and that matters, BUT going forward I see major problems. If HAWAII can dominate us on the board's like that it'll be a long season if we can't get more physical. It was embarrassing to see a UNC team get pushed around like that. J-Wash needs to be benched if he can't box out, let the youngun, JB play. I'd rather have physicality at this point.
It's early in the season. First game they got outrebounded in and their first two games were against teams with a seven footer. Playing at essentially 2am east coast time, I can expect some of the "energy and effort" things to not show up like you'd want it to. Not too concerned right now.
@kennethwilkins7493 I hope you're right K-Dub, but energy has nothing to do with strength. They're was one play in particular that caught my attention. One of their bigs barely touched J-Wash (it seemed) and he struggled to keep his position. I know most of these guys are kid's and I don't normally criticize their performance but thar play really irked me.
J-Wash is more of a finesse player, but he has to start be physical with his defender earlier. He lets big men get the position they want before he makes contact.

I don't see no problems you gone have games like this as the season goes on all that will be corrected
