ma'am, i have one doubt. Once we identify the target we need to validate it for which we need a drug, basically a ligand. But, without knowing the lead i.e., the ligand how can we do the target validation. Could you please explain this?

As you know better than me, drugs are temperature sensitive; how do you feel about big pharma shipping there medications in uncontrolled containers? For example, a chemotherapy pill which states not to exceed a certain temp.
