IMF doesn’t design the fiscal policy of the country. They help in balancing the books. It’s for the financial ministry to do the hard work to design the policy in such a way, so that it’s not always the laziest way of increasing tax and printing money..

Five ways to reform. Stop dual passports and make the policy makers invest in Pakistan and not have their children abroad. Halve the govt servants. Stop their subsidies. Only import what is needed not fancy cars. Reform power sector. Bring is basic land reforms and get rid of feudal lords. Cut the bloated military budget. No Defense housing colonies.

You have highlighted the problem, but like others you don’t have guts to name the single biggest solution, which is curtailing your defense budget which has brought you to near bankruptcy, & none in napakistan will do that, & you will continue to go down, you will only taking more programs from IMF, maybe you need to go below underground before some one will realize this, I can only thank Jinnah for separating from bharat, else we would not be where we are today,
