Your videos are amazing. I have been having the worst anxiety for weeks and medicine isn’t helping. Watching your videos has helped me so much. The chest pain is going down and I am so grateful
I rarely comment on youtube videos. I want to say every video youve made with her have always made me relaxed enough to sleep. Thank you for creating all of these lovely videos ❤️
The bit where she explains how the spine is connected to the foot (however real that may be) was so relaxing and set the tone for the whole video, Victoria is great!
I studied reflexology as part of my complementary therapies course several years ago. (I actually took the course to become a massage therapist). No word of a lie, I was blown away by reflexology. The knowledge has been well known in the far east for thousands of years. It’s extraordinary. While I was running my own business from home, I advised one client that I could feel something on the ‘breast area’ of her foot, and that it might be worth getting a GP app. She did, they sent her for a mammogram and a small cancerous lump was found deep behind her nipple. Very early stages. A friend’s husband (complete sceptic), had just been having tests for something before he came to see me while I was practising. He wouldn’t tell me what or where, he wanted to see if I could ‘get it.’ Straightaway I felt the ‘heart area’ wasn’t right. (Which was correct). I assure you, it’s real. (FYI, the cost of living and trying to run a business from my home was too stressful for me, so I only do it for free on myself, family and friends now, so have absolutely no reason to BS).
Always torn… this is so relaxing to watch and so well done, but also not a word of what this person is saying is supported by a shred of evidence. Please see a licensed healthcare professional if you need a genuine checkup and not someone who says they can examine your sinuses by “rubbing your foot pad.” If you’re here to relax, awesome. Me too and I appreciate this video, genuinely. But please take it for its relaxation value and nothing else.
@@RueTV I am not lying. And while I appreciate that this is a sensitive topic for some, you cannot stop me from saying things that I hope will prevent people in genuine need from being taken advantage of by pseudoscience. At BEST reflexologists are misguided and think they are actually helping but are wrong, at worst they are scam artists actively taking advantage of people’s trust in desperate times.
@@adamalexander4883 double-blind means nothing to the defenders on nonsense. ASMR is great, I agree, but the putting of bottles on the body to test the reaction is sheer stupidity…what. is. the. mechanism.
How do they tell in reflexology if it's a problem with the corresponding body part, or if there is an actual issue with the foot that needs to be addressed?
Whether "real or not", idk. But I would imagine it would be more useful as a treatment for a known or suspected ailment as opposed to a diagnosis process. Example: someone has severe sinus/respiratory issues, so you work the tops of toes with pressure points. Or if someone cannot have an area physically worked on because of a recent invasive procedure, say a gallbladder removal, you could work the lower mid side of the right foot (i think?), to promote healing in that corresponding area. Whether reflexology is "real", i don't really care. This video is amazing, soothing, educational and I like learning so that if I have a close loved one that needs some comfort, i could maybe at the very least give them a foot rub. 💜
@@matthewghardy Add a soft voice with a British accent and she can say the body is made out of peanut butter. It's all straight up bs but I'll still watch it just to fall asleep 😴

You said spines always match the arch of the foot. What about those who had an artificial arch created because they had flat feet as children and their parents were told to rub their feet to put an arch in (and overdid it)? Is their spine severely curved like their foot is now or flat like their foot was naturally?
The way I said frankincense and then she picked it and then I said clove or pepper to activate and she chose clove too!!! Maybe I should be a reflexologist 😅 don't have a clue it was just instinct. But I guess that's the driving force behind any healing.
@@aimandjosh Because it's based completely on a practice that has no real backing other than "believe me bro". Good asmr though. I could say that if I massage your butthole, I can cure cancer. Doesn't mean it's true lol

OMG, there is absolutely no scientific, biological or physical evidence that "pats of the body" are connected to the foot. What quackery. This should be illegal, it's all in the mind.
