People are blaming Ap3s3 BUT he is not to be blamed one bit? Esther has always been deceptive and ungrateful. Why would she want Hannah to forget Apese in the first place. Why would you forget someone who was good to you in your moment of need? It is ungrateful people who do that. Esther could have left things alone after Apese collected the aboade3 and nothing would have happened but to go to the extent of letting her eat kooko in order to forget that he had ever come to her rescue was such high level of ingratitude. Apese did nothing wrong based on Esther's own precedence and greed. Just my view anyway. Good job crew.

Mr director, I don’t understand the story anymore. Apese collected sheep, eggs etc as “abode3” so he’s been paid for the work he did so why is everybody blaming Esther? Why is Apese not summoned before the chief and elders of the village? Why is the chief forcing Apese on Hannah & her family? I don’t get it? Smh
Honestly it’s not making sense anymore, on the other hand Apese was also not loyal to Hannah and the mother , why did he have to trick them in eating the kooko, they followed his instructions!!! Who would want her daughter to marry a drunkard and a lazy man? Apese should find his self a job and live a chest life and he will find true love without conditions!!! He is even the one that gave Esther that whole idea of making everything possible for Kobby to marry her daughter!

Esther has a history of deceiving people and taking advantage of them - she did it with Afianga and his son Seth, then Kobby. Apese, knowing this, had to protect his own interest when he went into a contract with Esther, which is why he gave Esther the wrong information concerning the coco yam before Hannah was even healed from her initial illness. After Hannah was healed, Esther did exactly what Apese thought she would do, go back on her word. But when Nana spoke to him, he let it go, took the advice of Nana, and accepted the goods that Esther brought in exchange to not marry or push the issue of marrying Hannah. The issue should have been resolved here. BUT because of Esther's bad intentions, she decided to take it a step further to have Hannah eat the coco yam. If her intentions were good and if she had respect for Nana, why didn't she discuss the coco yam issue with Nana before taking the step? Why did she lie about the coco yam issue to Nana after Hannah became obsessed with Apese? Even now, after seeking help from Nana again, she is still seeking to do harm to Apese after Hannah is healed, per her thoughts during their conversation. So, the story is making a lot of sense, Esther is suffering because of her bad mind, not because of Apese.

I am sick and tired of what apese is doing, he’s totally wrong. He has instructed Esther to eat the coco yam in order for Hanna to be free but, rather the coco yam worked on Esther and now she’s behaving like her daughter. Apese will pay for what he’s doing now in a big way.
