I have same machine. Have been using it for more than 4years. Recently it has started to take more time in washing. If the timer says 62 minutes, it takes around 2 hours. What is the reason
That's service issue
1. Make sure the inlet filter is clean.
2. Make sure the filters on the sides of the drum are clean.
3. Make sure the detergent tray is clean.
Anywhere where water inlet flow is restricted will slow the filling process, similarly anywhere on the emptying parts that might be restricting flows will benefit from checking and cleaning.
I repaired a machine recently, on an unrelated issue, and while I was there I cleaned the filters, the owner was totally unaware of the requirement to clean the filters and they'd been using the machine for about 9 years.
