He did pretty well for a somewhat anxious doggie fella. New environment too and New York noises, etc. Nice family & hope they enjoyed their NY visit! Ty for sharing again Dr. Doug 😁
Murphy is a beautiful dog. It was a good thing both owners were there and hands on when you started since he was so afraid of you at first. It was also a good thing how fast you jumped back! Those salsa classes must also be doing wonders for your reflexes! 🤣Good job as always Doc!
Dr Willen, I liked how the owners of Murphy worked with you to make him feel more comfortable. Even though he had a muzzle on to keep his head away from you to prevent from biting you 👍. That helped you so much to do an awesome 👏 adjustment on him and he’s really a cool dog. Everything clicked into the place and some were even loud, working together is the key here. Dr Doug, welcome back, we’ve missed you 😍 we’re used to seeing your amazing talent. Have a nice 👍 week doc, we love you and one thing I’m sure of is that both of you’ll need lots of peanut butter after that 😂.
Thank you, Doc, for your dedication to your patients' comfort and better living. Poor old man was in such a snarl of pains that he just wasn't having any of it - and I think many would have been hesitant to get in there and treat him with him charging you and trying to get you to back off. I'm so relieved for his mum and dad, too, who obviously love him and want to do the best for him - you could hear in his mum's voice how she was trying to keep calm to keep her pup calm, but his pain was hurting them both. Good people - all of you 😊
Once again Dr D for the adjustments. Great job. Thank you for taking care of all animals. I enjoy watching you work with them. Hopefully Murphey feels better. God bless you as always 🙋🏻♀️♥️🇺🇸
Dr. Doug in case you guys did not know, can not only leap over buildings in a single bound, but he also has nerves of STEEL when dealing with animals in pain and distress! Thanks Again for all you Do Doc! ♥👏
This was an interesting progression the owners described. See a "normal" Boxer as he sat with his owner. Was surprised to see his upset level, not so much after understanding he had injuries/pain. (Thanks for a further explanation of how long nails throw off overall health). Was admiring how well you knew your work, in be able to move to check and repair quite rapidly. Enjoyed the Boxer grumbles, the acknowledgement he recognized he felt better as the time went on. Very nice to see the progress, he did indeed look more like a vital Boxer as he walked after treatment.
I'm so glad you were able to treat him!! 😊 Good thing both pet parents were there!!! And, whoevere invented the muzzle was a genius!!! 😅 I can tell you really care about the animals you treat, thank you!!! ❤
G'day Grumpy oh ' I mean Murphy 🙂 I really do think you should be a little more grateful and I guess we will see you again and how your attitude changes now you can move properly all thanks to Douglas ...😁 You still have great reflexes Douglas 😆
Stereotyping here... Mom and Dad Cali vibes, Murphy more like Detroit or STL 😂 mom says he's your friend... Murphy ..F bombs! 😂 Dr Doug needs a lot of peanut butter after that one. No offense because Murphy is way better than my German shepherd would be. Good for them knowing to bring the muzzle. GREAT job Dr Doug you are brave and caring. ❤
🐿good job! I guess the dogs job is to protect. A Sweet no could be dangerous. He needs a muzzle anytime he is out! What a beautiful dog! Beautiful job!
Aw Murphy reminds me of my dog.. a little nervous around new people and defensive except Murphy has had a history of pain, needing others to work on him. I hope he improves and is more comfortable with Dr. Willen should he return.
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen I should clarify.. my dog has a temperament like Murphy. Different breed. My dog is a Dogo Argentino named “Hemi” like the Hemi engine and boy does he fit his name. I’ll stop right here. I love him to pieces and I can talk all day about him.!!
The owners babying him and telling him ‘good boy’ when he’s growling and snapping at DR Doug is reinforcing his bad behavior. I suggest the next appointment they make for this dog is with Cesar Milan.
Agreed…I said this in another comment but they weren’t even holding him well. He was whipping his head around way too much. I’m really wondering if they’ve seen a vet about his mobility issues because this sort of thing is just ridiculous.
Not that I’m a genius but they surely need a dog trainer… for the owners. The second they held that dog back the dog tried to bite. Nothing wrong with the dog, it’s just got overly worried owners… 🙏🏼 Great he got help!
Boxers get cranky when they get older, ive had 3 and they all turn into grumpy grandpas. He only loves his mommy and daddy, everyone else can frick off and stay the heckin off his lawn. Lol❤
That was an intense workout. Murphy you are a very handsome dog. I know it's scary for you being in a new place. Lots of different sounds and I bet you smell lots of different dogs. Dr Doug you did a great job. You can work really fast or playfully slow. You were pushing that adjustment tool that looks like a shot really fast lol. Thanks for all you do Dr Doug. If I brought my dog to see you she would have to have 3 muzzles lol.😊
Oh boy. Lot going on in the video😅. Cheers to Dr. Doug for getting the job done lickety split. Those were some crazy cracks. The shape of those dogs are crazy. I'd love to hear you talk about how dog skeletal structure changes with breed and some positives and negatives. I know with my pomeranian they create the big collor. When he's wet he looks like hes got the longest neck. Doesnt look "right" 😂
Hi, sir i have problem with my dog rear legs, is there any contact that i can have so i can send you pictures of that, it looks like arthritis but i dont have anything like animal chiropractor in my country
I can usually skip the first half or more of the video to get to the cracks. No one else does this so I guess you get to determine the rules of content
Doctor I am no pro what so ever on this subject. But with dogs like this that are uncomfortable of the unknown, light to medium pressure on their tightest spots kind of seduces them lol. Like the tender part of his rear he jumped at , he probably would have fallen for that trick. I’ve won over many aggressive dogs and cats in my life is the only reason I say this. Even other animals
Nasty thing? Really? Your comment is nasty. He is just being an animal. He obviously was in discomfort and wasn’t familiar with his surroundings and the Dr.
A lot of doctors would have turned that dog away. Awesome job taking care of him Dr. Doug, I’m sure he feels 1000 times better!
Rite!! Nobody woulda treated him!!
Really good work!!! N fast!! Lol perfect!
My vet or maybe the vet technicians will not see my dog. Guess it's time to find a new vet office 😢
Never shame a person for putting their safety before an aggressive dogs treatment.
Awww thank you noway!
@@bethhutchins5657 sounds like it! Good luck
Great job, Dr. Doug. Caring for patients with equal compassionate care regardless of personality is the hallmark of a great healer. Bravo. 💜
Wow! Great words Diane ! I love your comments!
Since I’ve never met a boxer who was anything but sweet and goofy, I’m thinking pain has LOT to do with his attitude. I Love Dogs!
I’ve seen a lot of violent boxers and sometimes it seems like the only thing they do is punch things
All my boxers had goofy to full on derpy derp natures, not a mean bone in their bodies, so the pain matter makes a lot of sense.

Thank you Dr Doug for helping our pet friends feel better. ❤ WE feel better after watching too!
Thank you I appreciate it!
Good job adjusting Murphy!
He needed that adjustment..
Glad the parents had the muzzle on Murphy..
as always excellent work Dr.W
Glad too to be honest! Thanks Audra
I think he was wanting to say sorry at the end. And thank you! 😢❤😅😊
Really! Awww! Nice
Congratulations Dr. Willen...
I didn't know that you have played in "Jaws"...

salute to the ownership of that muzzle for him😬

you both defiantly need a treat after this but it was satisfying to watch

Oh dear Murphy was a bit grumpy wasn't he ?! But then if he's in pain he would be !! Great work Dr Doug you had to be fast with him !
Very fast!
I'm surprised that a Boxer is aggressive like that... all my Boxers and everyone I met was goofy and loving
When is my baby nugget's session i can't wait to see him❤
When I’ll go back to new jersey!
Dr Doug was so quick, he didn't have time to flip out..
Great job with a difficult patient! The owners are very responsible and involved.

the way they are petting him when he’s being aggressive really isn’t the greatest idea

Thanks for sharing your story! Wow 3! Awesome.
For some reason this reminded me of a little 4 year old! With the way hes looking at his mommy, i could just hear the "mommyyyyy, he pinchie me!!"😂
Aww! Cute!
Even the camera guy jumped at that bite 🤣 4:52
Dogs have pain, bite,,,like people …they get easily pissed off of everything…

Thanks Dionne! I appreciate your words!
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen ur most welcome! Nice work doc'!!

Great job
It wasn’t his fault he was in pain and scared
Yes Sophie! He was in pain and reacted accordingly as I touched his tender spot.
Did they got him the muzzle for the treatment?
He got a grudge against you Doc 😂
Probably! Or maybe what about he was just in pain and a little insecure!😅
Imagine having a dog who bites people and then sheltering them like a baby and getting down to their level when instead they need a correction.
Thanks for your insight.
I would bite too 😂
❤ Murphy ❤ he was in pain, pls. forgive him. You were fast, got the job done and did not expose him to extra stress 👍🥰
Thank you Astrid.🙏🏻😊
❤Great video
While I respect the docs work, this dog is a liability.
Grumpy dogy:D
A little yes! 😅
Kinda odd the dog is that aggressive.I owned 2 boxers mine where nothing like that.
I know that dog in pain can be aggressive, but a Boxer shouldn't be aggressive. Sad to see a muzzle on a Boxer.
I can usually skip the first half or more of the video to get to the cracks. No one else does this so I guess you get to determine the rules of content
DONT LOOK TO DOG!!! WAIT PAIN SLOVE IT DOG WILL TRUST YOU
they need some carpet runners for him to walk on
That dog looks like the alpha out of the three.
😊
It's the humans
Dog tries to bite someone and the owner says "Thank you for letting us know how you feel." What the hell?
If you didn’t have a muzzle on you be in trouble
