I just bought this earbuds and the right earbuds is making some sound when I shake it. It was sounding like the internal part of right earbud is colliding with the outer part. Is this a manufacturing problem or your earbuds are also producing the same sound.

I have baught this z40 today and i have also noticed the same thing in right bud as well as my earbuds case is also moking heavy noise while shaking.
Have you the same problem with the case.

@@A_G.Ultra.Gaming Yes, the sound is coming from the case but I don't think it's a big issue. In future if you get any problem then you can register a complaint regarding that.

Bhai bekar hai ye maine replace bhi karke mangaye lakin fir bhi problem Aa rhi hai jab laptop se connect karta hu to Audio mai bhot jada delay hai or dual device pairing to bas naam ka hai bhot hi problem hoti hai device ko switch karne mai

⭐ Boult 'was' a best company before, Now they don't care anymore. I bought a boult Y1 Gamming on 7th may 2024, received a damaged product!. I thought it was okay, I will replace it. But Boult told me send the product to Delhi, with delivery charges from my own hands, which was ₹133. But I send them anyway with the whole package, as I received. It took almost forever to replace the product,🤦🏻♂️ and when It reached me the product in the name of replacement they send was only the earbud and charging case only, rest everything is missing😥. No instruction manuals, box, extra earbuds and warranty card. Even the earbuds I suspect used before because it was open. I don't know what to do anymore.
I was a hard boult user, Sorry boult but you lost me, as a user anymore. I won't recommend anyone this company. STAY AWAY!!!
