This is one of the biggest problems with the American justice system. A state has millions of tax dollars, an entire prosecutors office, the police, sheriff's office, state Bureau of investigations, a crime lab, can charge whatever they want as far as offenses go, and then it is up to people who have nowhere close to the resources of the state to defend themselves while prohibited from being able to do anything for their defense while held in pretrial detention
Ah yes, the real problem with the American Justice system is there are too many resources to bring criminals to Justice. Smh, if you don’t wanna go to prison don’t be a criminal. If you don’t want a RICO case, don’t order people to commit crimes.
@TheyCallMeJinx no, there is a thing such as fundamental fairness in our justice system. You are presuming that the person arrested is actually guilty, and I can tell you from personal experience that that is not the case always. A lot of times, people are actually innocent of the offense but due to the fact that the state can charge whatever they want, even when directly refuted by affidavits from law enforcement, which then gets you an excessive bail and makes a lawyer unaffordable. Now because you're in jail and can't work, you can't pay for your own legal counsel. That is not how our system is supposed to work. What people like you are proponents of would be something like Guantanamo Bay where people are held for decades with no due process based off an allegation. In order to be caught in a Rico case, you don't actually have to commit a criminal offense. You can know the wrong people and in an effort to get to who they want, they wrap a bunch of unnecessary people into the case.

This is 1 of the most valuable interviews I've seen on Vlad. It shows the total lack of accountability of our justice system, especially Georgia! Also shows how a DA can target an individual with name recognition with no reguard legal process and constitutional rights. Our legal system now uses a "by any means necessary" approach to get a conviction. Our elected officials are acting in self interest and self promotion instead of following guidelines or even common sense. And this has mistrial written all over it. So this multi million dollar trial will fiancially penalize jurors, lawyers, witnesses and defendants so the DA and judge can become household names and monetize this situation.

But if they’re menaces to society then what’s wrong with looking at them as such?
People like you are just plain strange🤣🤣🤣
....anybody know why he's saying JUR-ARRS?
Bro bouta be booked after this interview
He's retired
He's retired at 47
Really interesting interview
This is just an example of how corrupt DA's are willing to sacrifice attorneys livelihoods, and destroy young mens lives just to catch some rappers. This is disgusting.
**Black people.
This same energy has not been used for Trump or any other white collar crimes committed.
On positive note for Thug and the other... I personally think this case has MISTRIAL written all over it... Just better hope its a "mistrial with prejudice" so it cannot be retried.
that is why we call it racism but it is always in our heads..
Y’all Prisons are privately owned, it’s a scheme to get government (tax payer’s) money to get more rich. Sick country 🤮
Corrupt DA? These YSL dudes are not innocent. But the judicial system does not help them defend themselves properly. But the DA isn’t at fault.
Great analysis. I mean spot on
i got a lawyer representing me in a case rn and she is killing it matter fact i got some great news today
Then shut up
Yea right it’s a public defender at best cuz ur broke
@@cocoshane7639 lollll u have a miserable life ...but its not a criminal case dummy
I'm proud.of the lead attorney success
$25 dollars barely get you a 3.5 smh
I got you for 25 💯😂
@@godson1253😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
By July they gone be taking bribes 😂
Wow great breakdown of the system
If I was a newer attorney I'd take on this case because it's a high profile case so you'd be able to make big bucks afterwards assuming you did a good job or won. Play the long game
I get this point but is hard to take this case as a newer attorney as you have to pay your bills especially grad school loans. They would be better off looking for a seasoned attorney that already has money that wants to do this case probono.
How would you pay your bills? Lol
@@wardonthestreet get a loan based on your future earning potential, side hustle, play spy options, etc. Plenty of ways to make money on the side nowadays
Leeeeeeeead Attorney here! Man! 👍🏾
This is crazyyyy!
Surprised Vlad let a 15 minute vid rock. He usually would cut this vid into 4 parts
This aged very well. He was completely right but this trial lasting way longer than he thought it would. I thought this was a new interview. This is old as hell.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 Dam Vlad on silent
Been missing TLA's stream, my fav. Thanks for giving him a whole new audience.
7.25x5x52 = minimum wage for a year, $15,080….so yep they’d get paid a bit less than minimum wage.
Mannn most people make 11$-16$ an hour now gthoh...
@@chris-cy5ed So these attorneys would get much less than fast food workers then...jeesh
People need a living wage
Good Seeing TLA putting in the work!
Unless you have a job that pays your salary during jury duty you are screwed.
How do you do jury duty every day with a job at the same time 🤷♂️
@@tombondcrispy6585 Before I became a private attorney I worked for the government. Most government jobs and some corporate jobs will pay your salary while on jury duty. If over 30 days you have to request permission to continue to be paid. Some jobs will make you use vacation and sick leave.
@@EducatedBlackMan sounds like a rip off to me
So when they say, “This is a waste of tax dollars,” they don’t know what they’re talking about! Every entity has a budget! Thanks for explaining.
"Can anyone imagine working for a year and getting 15K?" Yes, a lot of people can actually.
Who a 15 year old and some bum living in there parents house at age 40
LEEEEEAAAADDDDD Attorney!!!! Soooo proud of you
I respect the AV shout out TLA. Boston stand up 🫡
Go lead🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
0:39 yo.... having your homeboy pass you a blue in the courtroom is crazy 🤣🤣
The attorneys are building a billion dollar reputation as the "go to" for hip hop rico case law and being paid $15K. I think it's a very smart strategy to corner a niche market.
They just need to make sure they dont go bankrupt doing it.
So you want them to go to their mortgage bank or landlord and tell them " trust me bro, years from now when another rapper gets in legal trouble im going to be paid, then I'll pay you"
This Man Knows His Business
Ain't no way I would be paying these lawyers that much and these lawyers haven't attempted to get any of those charges thrown out. This is the most flimsy case I ever seen. The damn R.I.C.O. Was a scare tactic. Smh
Flimsy ? This shit seal proof unfortunately thug going DOWN they smoked nut and bragged about it what else do you think they need ? 😂🤦🏽♂️
Never thought it will be someone that can out talk Glad
He’s definitely NOT an awesome judge. He is a pawn for the system. He sat there and denied all those people bond because supposedly these people were going to k!LL the whole Atlanta if they got out…but they minute everyone started talking pleas suddenly he feels the community is safe
Pawn for the system huh? Sit down some damn where 🤡! This judge is doing a damn good job notwithstanding any of the other BS!
...whaaaa ???? PLEASEEEE!!!!
It’s a circus. This dude has to keep his connections so he can’t say anything bad about the judge
This guy knows something…
trolls call the judge in midlenof the trial and judge pick up the phone 😂😂😂😂😂
