I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this series. The aesthetics are very beautiful, but much more importantly, all that is contained within these lectures is very helpful and insightful. Thank you 🙏🏻
I experienced what I believe is pranayama earlier this afternoon. Or perhaps samadhi?kundalini? I felt no distractions, overwhelming thoughts or negative emotions. It was blissful, beautiful and what I can only assume is pure love. It was like a pressure in my chest and an intense sensation of "hunger". I can't think of any other way to describe it. I "saw" flashing lights within my minds eye through the eyelids, and felt pressure rising up towards my head. From what I understand with these videos, this was merely the beginning of the true meditation process.
Indeed, and this too we must not become identified with. The withdrawal process must begin with the five senses, which is why we close our eyes, begin to fixate concentration from within as hearing and breath becomes more subtle. As concentration deepen the relaxing charge of the vital or energetic body washes over, but still then concentration must be deepened to pacify the emotions and finally the thoughts. Once true silence is reached samadhi is simple as a prayer and leaving the body immediate. This will be unmistakable as the presence of the physical body will be no more but instead the astral. If you had been visualizing something before then the presence of the samadhi will be in alignment with that thing. If not then the prayer will suffice to take to the asked for destination or simply out of the body to proceed further, or where one’s Being recognizes we must go in order to comprehend something important about walking the path. In all of this samadhi is the direct experience and natural state of the consciousness to perceive anything presented to it, is an unmistakable experience like what it felt to swim for the first time. There are no vagaries involved.
Just finished this series and will listen often. Thank you for being clear and open about sharing this information. I'd love to know the name of the music too, thank you!
taking notes for further comprehension. adding to notes from previous lectures. the daily practices of Yama and Niyama have relieved so much suffering and brought about an ease. serene moments and more. so much to learn even more to practice. thank you
May divinity and source continue to bless you with love and wisdom, as your words and teachings are truly helpful and intentions are truthfully good. I've been meditating for years and never really made successful progress. But after watching and putting your steps into practice I am able to understand and practice meditation and righteous life styles effectively. Thankyou so, so much for your teachings. And thank you to Gene Hart for his wise teachings and leading me too you, Namaste 🙏 ❤ 😇✨️🧘♂️✨️
You guys make the videos very easy to understand and at the same time very deep... Brilliant idea with the water in the vessel (body and mind) polluted with impurities! God bless you all!🙏🙏🙏
Thank you instructor(s) for the immaculately executated Meditation series. It is clear, to the point and emphatic and so very inspiring. May all beings be happy and may the great work for the liberation of self be unceasing
Thank you so much for what you do I just burned some sage in gratefulness for your site and that truth and prosperity come to you and that you're teaching's resonate with me which they already are. Also grateful for astral doorway for sharing your Channel
Thank you for your work, very clear, just adding one more thing: Ahimsa is: do not harm(physically, psicologically, spiritualy) nor kill any living being(animals included). Thank you!
"Patanjali's meaning [of Ahimsa] was the removal of DESIRE to kill. This world is inconveniently arranged for a literal practice of AHIMSA." - Sri Yukteswar
@@Glorian I studied in one of Samael 's groups and I am very grateful for his and your work. Unfortunately I feel, he got this part wrong. We can live on this planet, thrive, and get to Self realization, without killing animals for food. Jesus said it clear as well as most of the greatest masters that walked the Earth.
Hi Glorian, first of all thank you for all your work, I'm starting in my spiritual path and have been great help. If you don't mind could you give some advice on how to work on the lust ? I am able to recognize it and "catch" it during I'm awake but I find it difficult to harness it, mainly on my subconscious (in dreams for example). Thank you so much !!
It is as the video explained: observe it, meditate on it, eliminate it. This book gives examples on working to conquer lust: glorian.org/books/the-mystery-of-the-golden-flower
Once you are conscious about it, observe it, accept it and let it go. Do not get caught in it, just change your focus as it had no interest to you. By practicing while you are conscious, your unconscious will be changed too (with time). Remember is not about suppression, just let it go. Do not attach to it
Often when i meditate my other body (ether, astral body i guess) or whatever it is, is spinning. Is there something i should do about it? Or just let it spin and wait until it is gone? I also have it sometime when i lay down to sleep or when i sit still, in school as an example, when i move my physical body it is gone then.
Do not become identified with the sensations of the body. They will come and they will go. Just continue to withdraw from the senses until your concentration becomes single-pointed. From single-pointedness the mind and body becomes pliant and malleable to your will.
I’m fairly new here but Step 5 re: no desires has me a bit perplexed. Just my opinion here but Isn’t desire our necessary human fire? An innate drive essential to being physical on the earth plane? Wouldn’t no desire lead to a life that’s lame? I do agree we should not live in extremes, but isn’t being able to balance those lower energies the ideal mastering? Think about this: anything that is grounded in the physical is at least partially tainted. Earth requires duality, that’s a mixture of light and dark. Each soul is a microcosm of that elemental mix. Also consider this: We are not in the angelic realm and not meant to mimic. We are here to always mingle and mix, select what we like and leave the rest- you cannot have this dynamic without desire. It’s how we resonate to some things and some people instead of everybody and everything. Desire is our compass. We never meant to be perfect in any aspect. Also remember just because knowledge is hidden or ancient doesn’t mean it’s accurate or still applies in this present time. We need to transcend some old theories and philosophies. We are meant to have fun which is ideal when mixed with a little dark sometimes. It’s balance not perfection, as long as everyone’s boundaries and free will and our collective social contracts are respected and protected.
After more pondering, I was wondering if “longing” is another word (perhaps better word) to describe how the word “desire” is used here. In my view, “longing” implies a desire that one doesn’t have in their grasp. And if that clarifies how the word “desire” here is used, than I totally understand and agree with that. To me, longing is when you almost painfully crave something that you have yet to attain. Is that how “desire” is used in your frame? Desire seems too close to the meaning of the word “attraction” and too broad of an umbrella term to use so specifically, especially when it comes to teaching restrictions, as in my view, focusing on restrictions creates energetic resistance and paradoxically, for some newbies, increase the craving for the thing you say no to. It can overlap on an innate human desire (*wink*) to be allured by something rare, unique, foreign, or what we deem a mystery, peeks our curiosities or things labeled forbidden. (And btw thanks for holding space for my spontaneous think tank!)
Brahmacharya is such a finicky practice for me to nail down; maybe I should just commit to a period of abstinence and note the empirical effects upon chitta or another specific aim I have more familiarity with instead of trying to coax the camel through a needle’s eye but… but… but… 🤔
Also sorry if I’m annoying lol but okay so one doesn’t have to abstain from sex but if you shouldn’t operate with desire, why bother with it? Or what leads one to the specific partner they pick to have it? Just curious because the same word could mean different things but I cannot think of alternative way to define that wouldn’t lead to a contradiction in how we maneuver in life.
I read the resource but I am at odds with the assumption that having an orgasm is energetically draining. I believe having an orgasm aligns all energetic chakras instantly which is why anyone who experiences it is entered into a blissful state. In my opinion, negative energy depletion only occurs when engaging in an orgasmic state with lower energy thoughts or lower energy sexual partners due to the potent energy and fluid exchange. But, hypothetically speaking, if one masturbates and their thoughts are pure, an orgasm can serve as an energetic reset and rebalancing. A taste of heaven to come back down new and improved. I believe the no fap movement has yet to consider this too. Many theories are too absolute and assumptions need to be reviewed.
Personally, I think a morning orgasm is better than morning coffee lol. And for the past 4 years, once I learned what I now know about energy science and exchange, I hold sex sacred, even when I self/solo engage, meaning I hold loving tender intentions and images in my thoughts while I do so, unlike many who in their private thoughts repeat images in their mind similar to many pornos.
